Hi, I've been working with your support team for over 3 weeks about an issue of how to tell how an email conversation is ending up in the APAC box when it is being sent to hello@ instead. After much going back and forth, your support team was able to confirm that these conversations did start off in the correct hello@ inbox, but were moved by various members of my team into APAC incorrectly. I will speak on behalf of my team that we would love to be able to have that visibility on our own though, so we don't have to rely on a weeks long back-and-forth chat with HS support.
