I may want to restrict so sales people can only see the "Deals" where they are assigned ownership.  Does assigning ownership restrict others from seeing those deals?  If not, is there a way to do that? ...read more

I need to know the connection rate with each lead and not a total count. For example: 1,000 leads We call each of them 2 times, email them 3 times, and text them 3 times. This gives a total of 8,000 activities. We connect with 50 of them over the phone (maybe multiple times), 50 of the contacts (ones that we didn't talk to on the phone) text back and 100 of them email back (but didn't text or talk on phone). This is a total of 200 leads getting back with us. Our connection rate would be 20% (200 out of 1,000 leads). The way the reports are this would be 2.5% (200 out of 8,000 activities). ...read more

It would be very helpful to be able to change the default view under reports. I've created a report that shows 27 companies in the column, but when clicking into it it shows 3012 rows.. I can filter this to show the 27 companies, but would make sense that this is what I would see as default.  ...read more

We have major problems with the automatic assignment primarily of emails and sequences. The emails are always attached to arbitrary processes. I have already been in contact with support about this and they have told me that it is attached to the 5 most recent processes. But we can't see it that way. The current situation is that the emails and sequences are attached to any task. We have very big problems with the email thread display in the activities. If there is no immediate reply to an email, a new email thread is opened. As a result, we sometimes have 10-15 separate emails on the same topic in the overview. ...read more

I would love it if you could build a native AI Chatspot chat window that allowed website visitors to ask questions and it would crawl all of the pages on our HubSpot website and craft an answer and link to the pages, images, videos, etc. We've created hundreds of articles that give answers to common questions so it would be a great tool to keep people on the website and create a better UX that results in more leads.  ...read more
