We need a system where contracts and other important documents are filed together with the Deal, the Contact or the Company. That way everybody can follow what has been agreed on. It is not enough to have it as an attachment to an e-mail as it disappears in the crowd. It would be nice if it was arranged in the right side of the screen just as "Attachments" are today. At the moment it's not possible to filter the list by lead ads only without specifying which leads ads or Facebook/LinkedIn campaigns/ad groups you're referring to. I've checked also on a workflow and there is no option for this either.    Would make it way easier to handle eg. Hubspot scoring based on list memberships if I don't have to add every single form everytime we have something running on different platforms.  ...read more

In our company, we have some distribution lists containing all employees, some specific groups of employees, ... With employees leaving or new employees joining our company, these lists are always kept up to date by our IT team.    If you are not really following me on this, see it like a specific email address you can mail to which will send the email to the employees in that list. These distribution lists can only be used from the Microsoft O365 server with a company email as authenticator.   Now, if we don't want to do double work by also keeping our employee database up to date in hubspot manually, we would like to use these lists to send internal marketing emails.   To keep it short: I want to connect to the Microsoft O365 (for us, should also be able to use Gmail for example) SMTP server and login with a company email. All future marketing emails should be sent from this server. One use case would be to have an Associated Contact is known/unknown and Associated Company is known/unknown for us to automate operations based on the presence/lack of these associations to regulate deal management.    Other use cases can arise if we allow these two properties as triggers the same way they can be used as filters on the Deals page. ...read more

Currently, when I create deal in the company record, it doesn't associate automatically with the contacts in that company record. For example, the company record has 4 contacts in it. When I add deal in company record, it doesn't automatically associate with the contacts associating with the company record. Therefore, I have to type the contacts manually again when creating deal, which is really troublesome. It would be nice if the contacts are  automatically associated in that deal. If there are contacts which should not be associated, I can delete it on my own.    ...read more
