Hi Team,   I have a small suggestion about the latest update. No doubt the latest update is good and better than the previous one, but there is one thing that I feel shouldn't have been updated is the "status of the call made". Previously the status of the call made had the contact number through which the call was made last time. This was extremely useful when a contact has more than one contact number to dial and we don't know which one is invalid or valid or reachable. Without which I feel, the status of calls made is incomplete.  I have enclosed the image of the status of calls made and the circled region is the place where the number was shown previously and now after the updated version, it's gone. Display of the contact number in the status was helpful in identifying the correct number or the number which is reachable or valid Please try to add that feature if feasible.   Thank you Deepika ...read more

We are building our  articles for our knowledge base, and also use the email  feature to send out our new release notes each week. I would like to  make a new article for a  selected release email, and not have to copy the info to a new article, thus avoiding duplication of text, work, etc. I want to know if there is a way to link to the article in the email (it looks lthe same as how I write the articles for the KB..)and not have to copy it - avoid duplications and also means if it gets updated in the email, it we do not have to maintain two copies. n the email section...I can see the article that goes out via email - the url has "email" in   whereas the KB articles have "knowledge" in the url,  e.g  hubspot.com/knowledge , so stored separately I am guessing... We would still write the release notes in the email section so when they get published, I want to be able to have a KB article that can pull over that text, or link to it...so would not necessarily need to edit it so much later...I don;t think, just dont want to duplicate the text in two locations, if possible So for emails, the email section would be the primary are to write in..then send that out to customers, and then be able to make it available in the Knowledgebase so they can look it up again if they want..so would be very helpful for our users.   and allow is to male those emails readily accessible for all our users and not just the ones on the email list...)   I need to be able to do this for selected emails, as there are some that are release notes and others that are customer specific, so they are  private and we would not want to show such emails on the KB For us, we would not need to edit it in two places. For an email, it's ok to edit it in the email section. But to be able to display it in two sections, without cloning it...and be able to select specific emails to display as KB articles. So we'd also need to be able to attach the correct category for the KB, so users can easily find them. At the moment, we have to copy the email and create a new KB article, so that the info is more widely available to users who may not be on the email list. Also easy for tem to find later on.. Examples of filters: 1. Filter to see templates that are in a sequence / not in a sequence 2. Filter to see template/sequence/snippet create date 3. Sort by total enrolled/clicked/replied rates (the data is already there - just not sortable)   Etc. This would go along very nicely with tags for templates/sequences/snippets to be able to find things better ...read more

In any type of property, you currently do not have an option to export the different options/values that exist, nor can you mass-update properties that already exist. These two tasks would be EXTREMELY useful for those of us who integrate HubSpot with other systems, and need to make sure properties match in all of our systems. With the new update, the ability to sort columns of a report in a dashboard is no longer avialabe.  You need to go and edit the report every time to sort by your criteria as opoosed to simply clicking at the top of each column to sort.   This is a major issue for us and our workflow.   Please fix to how it was previously ASAP.   THank you, Kevin  ...read more

New to Hubspot, so maybe I just don't know how to do this.  But I'd like to be able to access an email template from other places than the Marketing menu.  Right now, I can create email templates under Conversations.  And I can create other email templates under Marketing.  But I don't seem to be able to access an email template from under Marketing if I'm in Conversations, and I'd like to do that.  Otherwise, I have to recreate the same email template under Conversations if I want to use it there.  Thoughts? ...read more
