In regards to attachments related to a company, there does not appear to be a standard "view" option to see how many attachments a company has associated from the main companies page. In fact, attachments is not even available as an idea category below. I am new to Hubspot, and we are importing our pdf files customers have signed to their account and our partner is importing them to the attachments section. It would also be helpful to be able to resize the "show all attachments view" as we have some long file names that cannot be seen without hovering. Overall, I am concerned there is not an "important agreements" place to place contracts within Hubspot that will not also accumulate other types of files like attachments to emails.

Hello HubSpot and HubSpot Community, I'm looking to enhance our CRM integration capabilities with a feature similar to one I've seen with Groove. Specifically, I'd like to be able to create active lists in HubSpot that dynamically update by syncing with specific Salesforce reports. Currently, Groove allows users to directly import people into their "flows" based on the contents of any Salesforce report they have access to. Users simply choose the report's folder in Salesforce, then select the desired report. This setup is particularly useful for continually updated reports that gather new contacts or leads whom we might want to engage with regularly.

No all of our users are also users in salesforce. Becuase of this salesforce overrides the task owner to the contact owner. We want to make a task queue and avoid the sync of these tasks with salesforce.

We have some top-performing sequences that we'd like to recall in a list. They live in different folders, and we don't want to clone them. The intent is to have a way to get to our most compelling sequences. One idea is to have a tagging ability in sequences to recall certain sequences in search.

The funnel reports when you include skipped stages are very misleading. Rather than exclude deals that skip stages, you should stack them in the same bar (Highlighted in a different Color) so that the true funnel rates can be read inside hubspot and don't need to be thrown into an external spreadsheet and dealt with there. In other words, when you build a funnel report and include deals that skipped stages, you can easily see what stages were skipped but the problem is you can't see the true rates for each stage implicit in the fact that if a deal skipped a stage straight to closed-won I would want that to count towards the probability of deals in those stages closed-winning. simply stated- we'd like to see next step conversions include deals that skipped stages. ie. not just all deals that went from stage 1 to stage 2 --- rather all deals that progressed passed stage 1.

Right now, the list filtration feature is only operable for contacts. For instance, you can create a list to filter out contacts enrolled in a workflow. However, this functionality isn't available at the deal level, posing a bit of a challenge when it comes to cross-checking if specific deals are properly enrolled in a workflow or not. Adding this feature would be beneficial for cross-checking and audit purposes. Worth a consideration for this feature!

It can be really hard to manage lists with a lot of values under a single property. I'm working with a job title suppression list with over 100 different job titles and it can be pretty messy. It would be nice to be able to alphabetize the property values to make it easier to see what's there and what's missing.

I just discovered that the "Emails" tab on the contact in the "Activities" section doesn't include ALL the emails... ONLY the sales emails... which are labeled "Emails" in the activity filter A more usefull classification would be: Integrated Emails (sent from integrated inbox... non sequence or workflow) Sequence Emails (sent via sequence) Workflow Emails (sent via a workflow... non-sequence) Bulk Emails (sent via a one-time bulk email) The "Emails" tab should include ALL emails and add a filter so I can choose which classifications to see
