There are a number of third-party tools that create similar emails that are essentially junk. I'd rather not spend time combing through them when reviewing duplicates, so I'd like to flag domains to not be considered.   For example, cp20.com is a mailing service that seems to create a unique sender email for each email sent while holding the name of the sender constant (e.g., "My Company" <zsadfwer_qasdwe_asdfwe@cp20.com>). I have different level agents that can handle specific tickets. I can assign certain rules to label the tickets coming in as level 1 or 2 but if I have agents in both level 1 and 2 they will be assigned more tickets than agents in just one level. I would like to be able to set a rule that once an agent hits a certain number of tickets in their backlog then they cannot be assigned new tickets via the round robin. The system would look for the agent with the next available backlog space. This would incur a queue if all agents have reached their max number of tickets in their backlog (open tickets). Once an agent solves a ticket then the queue would assign the next ticket to them automatically.  ...read more

Hey There,   I'm wondering if it is possible to lock deals from being edited by users with a certain level of permssions.   Possibly to "lock the deal" after our "SOM apporoved: yes or no" proerty is marked as yes. Issue is we have sales reps going back and changing deals after they have been reviewd by our quality control/payroll team.  SO if we could mark a proerty on a deal that would then lock the deal from further edits that would be KEWL. ...read more

I'd like to be able to provide links to our email blasts and landing pages with our contacts outside of Hubspot. As well as make it easier for Hubspot users to view the link without having to log back in and provide two step verications. HubSpot tracks lead's engagement in the form of email opens, clicks, responses, meetings booked, etc.   It would be helpful to have a default property similar to "Number of Sales Activities" that tracks the lead/prospects total number of engagements for lead scoring.  I want to create a rule in the HubSpot Score Property so that when a user has"Number of Sales Engagements" is greater than or equal to 3, they would receive x points.  Where Number of Sales Engagements represents every email open, click, reply, meeting booked. ...read more
