We would like the ability to reverse charges shortly after a payment has been made to avoid the credit card fees like how it can be done in Stripe: Some refunds—those issued shortly after the original charge—appear in the form of a reversal instead of a refund. Special events like large virtual conferences may get their own email subscription type. It would be nice to have an easy way to allow someone to sub / unsub from a single event. It's currently not possible, "There is not a way to specifically create a link that ONLY unsubscribes them from a specific communication. Our guests interact with us a lot on Live Chat so we want to be able to easily review and reference this. On any contact activity history we would like to be able to filter by 'Live Chat' history specifically, as well as have a tab at the top for Chat (along side Email etc).  ...read more

If you're a HubSpot Admin like I am, then you've used HubSpot in association with multiple email accounts.    The HubSpot Community portal really wants to link your activity to your current HubSpot login. It's very difficult to log in using an old login - requiring clearing cookies, incognito windows etc.  It's problematic because people leave jobs, and each new login created means that you: * Lose proof of HubSpot certifications (unless you realized in advance this would be an issue and transferred them to your new account before you lost access to the old one. This isn't always feasible.) * Lose the ability to be notified when one of your ideas is implemented.  * Lose badges you've earned * Lose connections you've made with other community members * And lose your subscriptions, bookmarks etc.   Because growing the Community is a new priority for HubSpot, it would be great to get this sorted sooner rather than later. ...read more

The current capabilities under quotes do not sufficiently allow the user to personalize the way one may want. You cannot add custom fields, you can't edit the output of the form in PDF (it's all sorts of wonky), and you cannot create custom calculation fields either that you can then customize the appearance of the quote template.   It would be of great use to allow customization capabilities that span design and functionality. Meaning, you can control what and how it prints to PDF, and, you also control what fields you can have on the quote (including custom fields).   The sales team would be using this all day,  every day, and the result from using this tool would span to leadership getting accurate line item forecasts and reports. The issue still prevails with contacts going straight to the point and asking their question instead of answering what is presented (like Name). We would like to keep track of the clients who maybe haven't had a deal with us every 3 months and to automatically send an email to them to reengage, but there is not options in a workflow to chose a time frame. For example, the "deal creation" trigger admits "is before/after" and a specific date, but no option to put a time frame on it (Like 3 months).
