Like MailChimp - our team needs the ability to grab a link - per list - to allow customers to re-subscribe after they have unsubscribed.    It's way too labor intensive with the number of subscribers we have, and the number of lists we actively create/ recreate on a monthly basis -- to maintain the procedure here:   https://knowledge.hubspot.com/email/resubscribe-contacts-to-your-marketing-emails    We talked to your helpdesk and they suggested we submit a feature request.    Sending an email through the procedure above that lands a customer on a page with hundreds of lists they have to choose from, or even creating a landing page with hundreds of lists a customer has to choose from and that has to be updated -- is not a sustainable solution for our issue.    We need the ability (like in MailChimp) - to grab a link per list - email it to a customer (we can do this inside of our own email system) - and get them resubscribed.    Our customer base is a range of high-tech and non-high tech ability -- which means - if they see a page with hundreds of lists that they have to choose from, it could discourage, rather than encourage them from subscribing.    This would be a great feature to have! ...read more

I know when you want to create a new company, it allows you to paste the URL and it automatically grabs everything like the name, description etc and it works great.   When I want to asssociate a contact with an existing company, it forces you to search for the name.  In our case, we work with mostly veterinary and medical clinics, so many of them have very similar names, at least the first several words.  It would make this process 1000% times easier if we could just drop the URL in and it would find the correct one.   I would think it's a fairly easy add, as it already lists the URL for each company when you search   ...read more

Hey Hubspot Product team--    Was wondering about one thing though... Could we get a Create Company Button when adding Parent/Child Relationships?    For instance, when I go to associate a parent/child company and that company doesn't exist, it would be super neat if yiou had a shortcut to create a company. This way BDRs can conviniently add companies as children that may not exist yet.      For instance-- in this case I want to create a company for Worldstar.com as a child but now have to navigate to companies>create new ..etc..    Just a though, thanks 🙂   ...read more

We want the ability to apply conditional logic to prevent (or specify) line items from being selected based on company criteria. For example, if we have identified the company as Government (in a field) only the line items relating to Government should be a choice when creating the deal. ...read more

It should be possible to set line item discount rules. Eg when you create a product/line item it should be able to decide if it should be possible to add a discount to the product or not, and rules regarding how much should be allowed.  ...read more

It would be of HUGE value to have the ability to add a checklist on a service ticket.  I have several use cases:   1. We utilize service tickets to track our product implementations.  Because there are way to many steps in our process to have them reflected as a ticket status, it would be great to have the ability to embed a checklist on the ticket to track steps and things that are completed as a part of that ticket.   2. When we are supporting our customers on some issues with a service ticket, there are some known steps that need to be completed with them before the ticket can be closed.  It would be great to have a checklist that the user working the ticket could mark things as complete.   Ideally for both use cases, I'd love to be able to have a snippet that would then populate a note on the ticket with this checklist.  I was hoping to utilize a work-around by having a snippet that is a pasted Excel grid to update manually with text, but the grid isn't supported in snippets or notes. ...read more
