I love all the places where commenting shows up now. This is a great way to collaborate, and the comment mode with specific comments is amazing. I'd love it if we could resolve the comments and allow them to archive. I found this in the email tool when our team collaborated and we had several comments. There is certain data about contact, companies, deals, tickets, etc that, once a value has been set, users do not want that value to be (easily or accidentally) changed.    This is already applied to certain HubSpot default read-only properties, such as First Page Seen, and, in a slightly different way, to Lifecycle stage which only be moved backward if it first cleared.    It would very useful if admins were able to apply either 'set-once' or 'clear to change' to custom properties, allowing them to enforce data integrity/quality.    An example use would be when companies want to enrich the source information around leads. Original source captures the channel that brought them into the CRM, but there is often additional information that can be associated with this, particularly for 'offiline sources' leads.  ...read more

It would be great for the number of sections available on the left-hand side of a record to be increased from 30.   We have a custom object for our Projects team to manage large-scale customer projects. These projects are managed in phases with a conditional section in the view for each of those phases (plus the standard 'about this' section and 2 additional conditional information sections).   The large number of phases included in our projects means we are unable to create conditional sections for all of them.   Having the limit of sections increased would benefit not just us but other organisations working with large-scale data/projects or multiple teams utilising the same records as part of their processes. ...read more

By default, a HubSpot portal is available at a HubSpot-proprietary URL, like https://app-eu1.hubspot.com/reports-dashboard/255979272   I would like to be able to configure a custom domain for the HubSpot portal itself. Not the website or landing pages or something else.    For example: I'd like our users to go to https://crm.mycompany.com/ which would then automatically resolve to the correct HubSpot portal and tenant/account.  ...read more

It would be a great feature to be able to just relate two companies to each other without having to define the hierarchy between them.   As of now I need to have one company as a parent company and one as a child company. I would want them to be connetcted but just as to equal companies, so to speak.  ...read more
