I would love the ability to hide certain sales tools from our team. For example, we want our sales team to start using the tools available, but we do not want them to use sequences. I'd love to be able to take that right off the menu so it's not even an option for them to view.
Please provide a switch in the collected forms page to select only particular form fills to be added as contacts. As we have a lot of forms on our website, some of which do not need to be connected to HubSpot. But they still are and create contacts based on the form fills.
At the moment, you can only post XING messages on HubSpot on personal XING Profiles. We would like to post messages directly on the company profile page, with the company name as composer (like on facebook, twitter, linkedin). Please add the possibility to connect company sites from XING to HubSpot.
I have a form that the sales team use at a mattress store to gather specific information about potential customers as they come in. I want to make it so that whenever the form is filled out, that it can fall under an "internal sales" pipeline that I have created. That way when I run reports, I can use the sales pipeline as a filter and be able to show the difference between leads that came from the website vs leads that came from the the sales team filling out the form. This is not currently an option.
I propose a First Sales Activity Date field to help track how long it takes a sales person to assess and address a Marketing Qualified Lead.
Put another way, it would be great to understand the average time it takes, by sales person, to make the first sales activity contact from when Marketing passed the lead to Sales.
This would be great for Marketing and Sales accountability.
Currently any deal that the contact is associated with will duplicate any emails with that contact, but when you have multiple deals going on at the same time for a particular client and the contact is involved in a few deals and you have a procurement manager involved in all the deals, it becomes a tedious task to sort and keep track of the correct emails in that deal. If one of my sales team members goes on vacation and I need to be brought up to speed on a certain deal, but the emails are convuleted with five deals worth of emails. One idea i've had is if you can set an algorithm for hubspot to recognize a specific deal name that you must have him the subject header of the email to to recognize the contact and the specific deal associated with that email.
Hope this suggestion helps other sales teams as well.
It would be useful to be able to automatically update a HubDB database when a user submits a form. This would be useful for building a page showing users who signed up for an event, or some other communitiy focused input that is more spicific than comments allow.
I know this is technically possible build something like this using the API, but it would be nice to have a simple way to autimatically update databases through a workflow or form option.
I'm looking to create either an automated report that could be sent out monthly or a dashboard that will show us the people who filled out forms to download some of our gated content in the last month (or other period of time). Right now I can only find this information through the form submissions main section but I don't know if I'm just not looking in the right place to create this report or dashboard. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Google site search is being ended in April 2018. This was always the recommended way to add search to your site. Hubspot needs to build the ability to search both the blog and COS pages if COS can be sold as a full CMS.
I'm using the new social scheduling tool, and the timeline is a mess with no rhyme or reason. (There is a reason, but it's dumb: it's going in the order that I scheduled the posts, not the order in which they will be posted, which is actually what I want.) Please make the "scheduled" timeline an actual timeline, with the soonest upcoming post first.
For instance: it is currently 11:30am. I would like my timeline to read:
12:04pm facebook post
12:04 twitter post
1:04 twitter post
2:04 twitter post
5:04 twitter post
See photos for what it currently looks like.
