As an event and entertainment company, the only thing we're missing right now on Hubspot is a calendar view. Each Deal in our system is either a potential or a booked event. It has an "event date" property and based on that date, we should be able to see what's in the pipeline for each weekend, and which of our talent is already booked. Right now there isn't an option to view a calendar of your deals and I have no idea how no one else has requested it until now. If we had the chance to view each month/week/day (like google calendar), it would be a game changer for us.   As of now, I go to the deals page and filter based on date, then scroll to the date I want to view and look at it as a list view. It's terrible. Also - you can't view it on the go from the app so there's no way for us to check availability for a date if we're out of the office.   PLEASE - add this feature as this is the bare minimum for any company that books jobs based on a specific date!   Look forward to hearing from you.   Thanks - Noam Sales Manager LIV Entertainment Group ...read more

Create a deal dedplication/merging process like you have currently for companies and contacts. Deals get created very frequently and they are often duplicated, and having to search, then sort, click through preview, merge and re-directed to a different page only to start all over again after just ONE deal merge is very inefficient.  ...read more

I did some more reasearch to see if there was any way to automatically associate more than 3 deals to an email when sending an email from the gmail extension. Currently this is not possible as the integration only allows a user to manually add up to 3 deals. I'd like to be able to expand this list to add more than 3 deals when emailing out of Gmail. ...read more

We are using CMS Enterprise more and more to build out extensions and custom CRM experiences on top of HubSpot.   e.g. Advanced wizard style quote, advanced other content.   However, when linking to CMS Enterprise Membership restricted content the login will not work in the iframe overlay when opening these pages from a custom right-hand CRM card.   Meaning we have to do additional workarounds to open these pages in a new window, resulting in additional clicks for our users. ...read more

Sometimes I want to start a workflow in the future. For example, if I have a customer that wants me to call them in 16 days or 16 weeks... it doesn't matter. I want to be able to delay the start of a workflow to a variable event date. This would give me the ability to pop  open the workflow manager on a given customer and start a work flow based on that particular conversation. My team is working on a project with a target market in Seattle and San Diego. We want to make sure their emails don't have formatting issues but there is no way for us to narrow down the list of contacts with formatting issues.
