Hello- I am a new user to your "Risks" feature in workflows, and I understand the feature is relatively new on your end. Workflows are like programmed processes, and one one isn't working, it is critical to understand why, so that it can be troubleshooted immediately. Some workflows are more critical than others and require immediate attention, while others wouldn't. Currently the only way to find out if there is a "Risk" is to view the Workflows page. How about offering a notification service so that certain selected users can be notified when there is a new Risk? Secondly, it said we had 30 "Risks", so I went through all of them to clear them out. The majority of these Risks were from bounced emails, or the contact was on a supressed list. These types of Risks are not critical, and I would like to option to "mute" these types of Risks, or bucket them into "non-critical". Currently there is no designation between "critical" and "non-critical" risks. Both of these features point at something larger: the ability to have more control over how Risks are handled, and how one can be notified of when certain types of Risks occur.
