The default company property "country/region" is a single-text field. This creates an inconsistent experience for any kind of reporting or filtering across all departments. We are a global company and with having multiple people in every department it's easy to insert US, or U.S., or United States. Since single-line text lets you input any information, then the results pulled from filtering or reporting are not accurate because there are any number of variables. We have changed our contact property "country/region" field to dropdown select and it creates a consistent experience. I came across an issue that today we can edit any deal information in your registration customizations, except the one that comes as defaul (upper left corner, as shown in the attached image). However, I feel a great need that once I set my business model to MRR, I would like that instead of leaving the amount property, I would like to edit it to leave the mrr property. Dear HubSpot, I just want to point out that a vast majority of your users are not decision makers... were are merely Sales Professionals.  Being in Sales, we rely on access to information within the system.  You covering up the information we need access to is counterproductive.  The message bars are a big turn off as they do not make us feel all warm and cozy. Not everyone has multiple curved screen monitors with more desktop realestate than one knows what to do with it. Many of us are mobile, working on laptops with limited comforts and ergonimics. In addition, again as we are Sales Professionals, thus we do not have administrative rights nor do we have decision making power within our organization.  If you'd like to promote those who do have authority to purchase more features from you, make them visible to those with Admin rights so the rest of us can go about our day without further obstructions. Or, simply make them removable instead of a thorn in our sides. The choice is yours, just please hear us and get them out of our way and day. One common mistake by some users is that they leave themselves as available for chat and are then automatically assigned chats when they are technically not available.   It would be great to have the option to automatically set users chat status to away based on a specific schedule.   For example, when our US team members are signing off for the day at 6 PM Central, their chat status should change to away if currently available.   When our UK team members are signing off for the day at 12 PM Central, their chat status should change to away if currently available.   This can be configured by users and/or teams to specify the different times to set as away. ...read more

Hi there! I am submitting this on behalf of a customer 😊   They would like to have the ability to display properties on the meeting link forms as responsive fields. For example, if someone doesn't tick a property saying "Yes", the other fields will not be shown and the person won't be able to submit the form and book the meeting on the meeting link. Currently, customization of the settings on meeting links is limited to the creation of custom properties, making them required, pre-populate fields with known values, and auto-submission when values are known. ...read more
