We should be able to view the user profile picture in reports similar to how it shows in the user property field types. That is something that can be done via custom work in salesforce. we'd also like to have that visible in hubspot reports.

Hi, Improving our sales email reporting is crucial. Currently, even fundamental metrics like the number of emails sent and their senders, as well as the count of opens/clicks within a specific timeframe, are not easily accessible. In contrast, the metrics and reports for marketing emails are more comprehensive but still fall short of what we need.

The funnel reports when you include skipped stages are very misleading. Rather than exclude deals that skip stages, you should stack them in the same bar (Highlighted in a different Color) so that the true funnel rates can be read inside hubspot and don't need to be thrown into an external spreadsheet and dealt with there. In other words, when you build a funnel report and include deals that skipped stages, you can easily see what stages were skipped but the problem is you can't see the true rates for each stage implicit in the fact that if a deal skipped a stage straight to closed-won I would want that to count towards the probability of deals in those stages closed-winning. simply stated- we'd like to see next step conversions include deals that skipped stages. ie. not just all deals that went from stage 1 to stage 2 --- rather all deals that progressed passed stage 1.

I'd like to filter a contact list so that only contacts with an Odd 'account number' property are listed. This is currently not possible.

Want to have more customisation in the reference line in a pipeline size report. The sales team want to be tracking deal value coming to the top of the pipeline (not weighted). They have a target for the end of Q2, and want the slope of the reference line to allow them to track progress. Want the reference line to commence from Q1 but take into deals created from 26/06/23 as well as those from Q1+2 given they operate in the education space, there are deals from H2 2023 that will close in 2024 for the 2025 school year. The data is correct but the reference slope line is off, since it has to start the same date as the filter of the creation data (H2 2023). It would be great to be able to add more customizations to the reference line.

Hi There, I'm looking to build and report my account default currency is Euro and when I want to build report for US region that report needs to be dispaly in Dollar $ is there any funcationlity out there or Is HubSpot planning to build this in coming future?

The pipeline reports for deal stages or lifecycle stages are helpful, but they can only show you one path. It would be very helpful to visualize the steps with a stacked flow chart to get a clear picture of how leads/deals are progressing and all the steps along the way. Here's an example of this type of chart from GA4:

It would be amazing if we could measure goal attribution (revenue) from deal-split value, now that deal-splits is a thing in HubSpot. Example: Deal A has a value of 1.000€, it has a Deal-owner (primary user) and there are 2 deal split owners User A (Deal owner) - 50% deal split User B (50% deal split) Currently when measuring in the goals section of HubSpot, it would attribute 100% of the deal value - 1.000€ to user A, as that is the deal-owner. Is there any plans on making this more customizable?

Hi everyone, I'm currently facing a challenge in managing communications with Co-Selling Partners in HubSpot. Our process involves associating these partners with multiple deals and companies. However, the system automatically syncs all conversations across these associations, which clutters the deals/companies with irrelevant information from other interactions. Problem Description: When I add a Co-Selling Partner as a contact to any deal or company, the system automatically syncs every conversation related to that contact across all associated deals/companies. This results in a lot of unnecessary and confusing information being shared where it's not relevant. I tried creating a new property at the contact level hoping to use it to deactivate the syncs via a workflow for contacts with this property enabled. Unfortunately, it seems that deactivating syncs this way isn’t possible. Proposed Solution: I believe a helpful feature would be the ability to manually deactivate the default syncing function for selected contacts. Specifically, it should allow: Adding a contact to multiple deals/companies without syncing their communication to those deals/companies. Maintaining visibility of all associations at the contact level to facilitate reporting, without the automatic sharing of communication. This feature would greatly enhance our ability to manage communications with Co-Selling Partners effectively, keeping all associated records clean and relevant. Has anyone else encountered this issue or found a workaround? Alternatively, if anyone from the CRM development team is around, could this feature be considered for future updates? Looking forward to your insights and suggestions. Thanks!
