I have added multiple webpages to our website.   I would like to password protect many of the pages behind one password protected page rather than setting a password for each individual page.   Is there a way that this could be done?  Per Hubspot support, this is not feasible and I would have to set a password for each page resulting in the user having to enter a password multiple times when searching for content.  Please advise. ...read more

Feature request: provide the option to not log outbound emails in the Inbox.   Are there examples of other places or products who have this feature?   You would be hard pressed to find an example of another Inbox that doesn't have the feature I described above. Gmail, Yahoo mail, hotmail. Every Inbox since the dawn of Inbox history shows inbound emails in the Inbox, and shows outbound emails in a different folder.   I've attached a screenshot of how Gmail handles this (with annotation) if that would be helpful for your produce team. ...read more

You may notice I used the titel from an older post as this feature was heavily requested when it was not available for "Single Data Set" Reports. Now that Hubspot has added the capability to create a report "Across Data Sets" this functionality once again is missing. Applying this date feature is a no brainer. I just went to add an image into a social media post and noticed that the image editor has completely changed. Instead of having all of the functionality that we used to have, we now can only crop and resize (and that doesn't work all that well).   Will a new image editor be available with more functionality? Maybe a third party application at least to give us more functionality? ...read more

We've been using the notes section & the mention (@) option on contcats & deals quite a bit however, as we start to cmmunicate more and more through this section, a REPLY mention will be great. This way we could see who replies and when. Internal communication about contacts & deals made easy.  Example: On a deal I write a note to @user1. User 1 responds on the same note and mentions me (user 2) as well as @user3.. who is supposed to take action . However, if someone else comes and sees the notes, it's impossible to identify who responded to what. You can always guess but it will be best to have something like: User 1 says: Hey @user2 have you... and then. User 2 says: yes I have @user1. Please note @user3 is in charge.  Also, none of the notes written by someone else should be deleted.  Voila, no room for mistakes.    Thank you! ...read more

In Deals we have the option to edit and add stages to fit our business model.  Similarly, in Tasks we would like to see flexibility to adapt the stages to completion shown on the Kanban board.   Use case: We have multiple steps within the 'In Progress' stage that we would like to reflect for better accountability and transparency. A task can sit in the 'In Progress' stage for some time and there's no clarity on whether there is actually progress being made.  e.g. add a stage 'Submitted for Review' or 'Researching' that occurs between Not Started and Completed. Adding a 'Blocked' stage would also help managers identify tasks where a Sales rep needs their support.    ...read more

Last week the Social Calendar went live and it was a pleasant surprise as it will be helpful in managing our social media posts. However, I think it could use an update in functionality already. While you can see your published and scheduled posts on the calendar you are unable to see your drafted posts.  We have multiple social media content creators who have been instructed to create their post in draft mode and then it is reviewed and scheduled to be published by our social media manager.   To not be able to see a calendar view of our drafts makes scheduling difficult. I'd like for you to add the option to filter / toggle social media posts between Published, Scheduled and Draft so that you can see them collectively or by themselves on the Social Calendar.  ...read more
