Until very recently, as long as I stayed on the email/page/blog I was working on, HubSpot would continue to open the file folder I had created for that asset. Now, every time I click "Replace Image" it takes me to the start and I have to navigate back to the correct image folder. I'm not sure why anyone at HubSpot thought this was an improvement, but I would love to see this reverted back to the better feature.

Import of a CSV file to a blog lets you automatically map columns based on column headers. Why not support the same feature for HubDB tables. If a column header in the imported CSV file matches a column label or column title in teh HubDB table, it should be mapped accordingly by default. Related to this idea, it would be nice to have previous mappings remembered in successive imports, even if the CSV column headers did not match the exiting table.

When you attach a file to an object it creates an empty note. Which is functionally useless. You should be able to a) upload a file without creating an empty note b) if that's unavoidable, have a (saveable) way to filter out empty notes.

Currently if you have a local module / saved section, you have to edit it at every location individually. It would be good to create a user-friendly way of converting local modules to global at a click of a button. Currently you have to rebuild the module from scratch in the builder, hand crafting every field, variable, etc.

Hi there, We need the bility to restrict certain Contacts/Companys/Deals to certain uses only, for the purposes of Insider Information. We already utilise the Team permissions but need the ability to restrict specific Contacts/Company/Deals that may be subject to Insider Information/Marklet Abuse etc. Another option (if feesable) would be a 'restricted list' where the deals/contacts/companys on that list were restricted to certian users that we could determine. That would also require the ability to have mulitple restricted lists. An urgent fix to this is desperately needed please!

Here's an issue we're having that may have an "easy" solve. We have multiple subdomains with team-restricted folders for File storage. So the "Ironwood" team's images and documents are supposed to be saved in the "Ironwood" folder, for example. If people think to load a file to their folder and THEN use it on a web page, there are no concerns. However, it's a lot more convenient when you edit a page to just upload the resource as you edit, but the file ends up in the general Files area and is accessible by anyone. The idea: When uploading a file when editing a page, it should prompt you where to save it.

We really need the ability to completely disable the file manager via permission sets. Please make this a feature!

Something that would greatly improve the user experience with the file manager would be to have file view options, especially for images. When you are in a folder with dozens or hundreds of different images or documents, it would be nice to have an option to have larger previews. Additionally, and also related to the File Manager, having a better mass file import / upload tool would be amazing. Similar to Google Drive, it would be nice to be able to upload items more efficiently. Right now, when I try to upload multiple image files over 1mb error boxes come up. For larger files I sometimes need to try two or three times to upload it before it works. It would be amazing to have a better process and functionality for this.

We currently use Google sheets to create and send invoices. We plan to start using Hubspot. It would be great if there was a functionality to bulk import old invoices into the invoice object that we can then connect to deals, so we have all historical and present invoicing data in one place.

The goal is to have an automated Zip file creator, which allows my visitors to download multiple files at once. These files are sorted by a HubDB table. Details: My products have a wealth of informational documents associated with them. Spec sheets, user guides, 3d step files, viewer software. etc. When a visitor wants a user guide, we ask for name/email. Next visit if he/she wants a different file, we then ask for job title. HubSpot progressive fields at work. All good! But... In addition to this, what if we add a button to rule (download) them all? The visitor fills out a long form and gives the 6 qualifiers my Sales team wants. First name/last name/email/job title/phone/country but in return, they get the entire suite of files associated to the product. Sometimes the same file is used for multiple products, so a manually created zip file will not do. When one of these files is updated, ALL copies need to be updated as well. To counter this, we can pull the file names from a HubDB table and package them into a zip folder on demand. No more updating the same file in multiple places and the visitor has all the information they need to help them in their buyer's journey.
