The Automated invoice reminder tool is nice, but can be better. There is currently no way to create custom filters within these automated invoice reminders. Example Use Case: I need Invoice Group A to have different invoice reminding structure from Invoice Group B. This update is for any company who needs to segment how clients are reminded about their invoices. This is a very needed addition, since not all invoices are created equally. Please upvote.

As a sales rep, we want to have Target Accounts also support Contacts so that Contacts can also be included in Target Accounts when I don't have a Company created for them yet. This would assist in keeping all Target Accounts in one place.

In the inbox, emails automatically scroll to the bottom when opened. This means that every time (every time!) I open an email, I have to wait for it to scroll to the bottom and then scroll back up to the top to read the email. Could this setting be changed so that when the email opens, the email content visible stays at the top until I choose to scroll down?

When adding a hyperlink to a 1:1 email in either the inbox or directly from a contact, it defaults to the HubSpot default font and color instead of my preselected default font and my preferred color. This means that every time I write an email with a hyperlink, I have to edit the font type and color just for the links. This really slows down my workflow. Could the hyperlink font be updated on the backend so that it matches the user's default font and a pre-selected default hyperlink color?

We're rolling HubSpot out across a large and disparate organisation, with over 100 users who don't all know each other. Our users will open a record and see the username of who's interacted with a Contact, created a Lead etc, but no idea who that person is: their team, department or role. In other products, such as Outlook or Teams, you can hover over a user's icon/name and there'll be a popup with more about them: full name, job title, department etc. It'd be fantastic if there was something similar in HubSpot. At the moment, all we can suggest is that the user notes the other user's name then goes into Teams and looks them up, which isn't great.

As a HubSpot admin, I want visibility into users who are globally bounced and therefore unable to receive internal HubSpot system emails (such as password resets or other account-related notifications). Today, I can see email errors when internal emails are sent via workflows, but I do not have visibility when system-triggered emails (e.g., password reset emails) bounce or fail. This makes it difficult to quickly identify whether the issue is related to email deliverability, a global bounce, or an internal system block. Additionally, when these emails fail, HubSpot requires a series of troubleshooting steps on our end before escalating—often involving IT—which is time-consuming and delays resolution. Having: Clear admin-level visibility into globally bounced users Transparency into delivery status for system emails (like password resets) The ability for admins to reset or unblock email delivery where appropriate would significantly reduce investigation time, limit unnecessary IT involvement, and allow admins to identify and resolve issues much earlier in the process.

WIthin contacts timeline and the custom card tabs it would be great to have the feature to embed a webpage on the tab. THere could be lots of sues for this but one of them could be the relevant contacts owner meeting booking page could be visible, this could help service teams quickly book in meetings for contact owners in the field as it would also have the settings of the contacts owners preferred days for virtual calls.

Hi team! I am posting this idea on behalf of a customer. They flagged inconsistent stage sorting behavior between deals and other pipeline-based objects (e.g., custom objects). For deals, both board and table views respect the drag‑and‑drop stage order configured in pipeline settings. For other objects, the table view instead sorts by internal stage IDs, which can produce an unintuitive stage order that doesn’t match the visible pipeline configuration. The customer is requesting that all pipeline-based objects support sorting by the visible pipeline stage order, consistently with deals, and that board/table views align on this behavior to avoid confusion and unexpected data side effects.

Some misguided product release has changed the Users and Teams index to removed an important piece of functionality that supported quick security reviews. Previously, when navigating to Settings → Account Management → Users and Teams, users with access to the user table could see a shield icon with a check mark directly in the user index indicating whether a user has Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled. This allowed administrators to quickly scan through the user list and identify anyone who had not yet enabled 2FA. As of today, that indicator is no longer visible in the user list. To determine a user's 2FA status, administrators must now open each individual user record to locate the symbol. Because 2FA status is not stored as a default HubSpot user property, it cannot be used as a filter in the index. The presence of the icon in the user index previously provided the only practical way to quickly review multiple pages of users (typically 100 per page) and identify accounts without 2FA enabled. While I understand that a new Security settings page now exists, this change removes an efficient administrative workflow. Security doesn't show that all users have 2FA set up (ie. green check/complete/all good/something). The previous indicator in the Users and Teams list allowed for fast visual auditing and should remain available where administrators manage users. I’d like to request that the 2FA indicator be restored in the Users and Teams index and that similar regressions in administrative functionality be avoided in future updates. What was a simple scan of 3 pages has now turned into 410 clicks to review user records.
