In our company, we have completely adopted HubSpot Help Desk.  With that, I have many different teams that are both external and internal facing.  We have found the default views can be distracting and entice people to stray from their team's tickets and poke around in other team's tickets.  This includes seeing internal onboarding and offboarding requests, sensitive financial cases, etc.  Not everyone needs to see everything.    It would be beneficial to have the ability to hide or restrict the following categories:  Unassigned All Open All Closed Additionally, the ability to collapse the entire top section (not just the sent and spam categories) would free up space on the screen. Today, users can create a recurring email of a dashboard or report to be sent daily, weekly, or monthly. Many businesses need to send reports once a quarter. I'd like the current drop-down shown when recurring email is selected to add "quarterly" as an option. The subsequent drop-down would be "day in quarter" and include options for 1-90 and "last day of quarter". Use case: commissions are paid quarterly. On the first of the quarter, we want to send a commission report to the sales team. On the 15th of the quarter, we want it to go to our finance team with a message to pay the total. Currently, templates that include tokens that are tied to a category in HubSpot will send regardless of whether or not that information populates within the body of the email. It makes it very easy to send a messed up email to a prospect with missing information.   P.S. - Outreach.io has this feature and it makes a huge difference. We would like to set revenue / deals created objectives that are not automatically assigned to Deal Owners, and report on these goals in via Dashboards.   Ideally, we'd choose the property which we want the revenue to be measured by.    How:  In the "Setup" phase of the goal creation, instead of choosing Users or Teams in the "Contributors" section, we'd be able to choose Properties, and then choose which property to assign the goal to.   Then, in the reporting tool, if objectives have been set for the property selected, we would be able to toggle "Include Revenue goal" similarly to reports with Owners or dates.   In our case, we have a property on deals for the BDR who helped create the deal, and we cannot report on their performance vs their objectives without going outside of HubSpot.  ...read more

Some Modules like the web version come with default texts, in this case "View in Browser". We wish to change the default text for certain language. Currently, this requires to customize the text manually in every email, or create email templates just for this text snippet - which both isn't the most efficient approach. It would be beneficial to have a checkbox when cloning a campaign that indicates whether you want to clone all the assets added to the original campaign. Right now it's duplicating all the assets and if they are not applicable or do not transfer to the new campaign, you have to search and delete them manually.  ...read more

I'd love to see an option on the forms associated with meeting links to shorten the form displayed for the contact if the value is already known in the CRM.  We use these meeting links on our website, and other selections on our website can pre-populate the form, but the pre-populated properties still show on the form for the lead.  For example, we have logic in our website built by our Dev team that pre-populates a Location property in the book a demo meeting link form based on the "country flag" selected on an earlier page to tell us the location of the contact, but we still need that pre-populated data submitted on the form iteself to have the update made in Hubspot. For context, sometimes we need them to select certain values before they reach the form itself, because we use it to identify which meeting link associated with which market and team within that market we want to send the lead to. But also need the form to then submit that data to Hubspot.   It would be great if, like the actual Hubspot Forms tool, values that we're populating behind the scenes on the meeting link forms could be "Hidden" for the lead so we can keep our form nice and short and potentially increase conversions, but still make sure all the data collected by our website is making it to Hubspot.    Please upvote if your team also needs this!!       ...read more
