We have an outbound call team that calls contacts from Salesforce using tasks created in HubSpot. Currently, if a task is deleted in Salesforce, it does not delete the task in HubSpot. So how it works right now is that each contact on hubspot will have a corresponding project in another CRM. As of now we are storing the project ID of that CRM in a property on HubSpot. What we would like to do is to have a button on the contacts page which would open a url to that CRM. ex . https:// *{ other CRM url }*.com/ *{ project ID stored on HubSpot }* Attached a screenshot where I would like to add the button on the contact's page. Here's a happy item to add to this discussion board - one that doesn't seem to involve any new and radical development effort, just better documentation.   I was tearning my hair out recently trying to monitor a Deal object for changes made - which would then trigger a workflow. The options for trying to do property/date comparisions to enrollment triggers are maddeningly different in Contact, Company and Deal workflow (subjetc of a fture post probably) and are fundamentally limited when it comes to re-enrollment support.    Imagine my surprise when a dialog with HubSpot support turned up a pretty simple solution to my true challenge. It seems that the "Is Known" test for any property gets triggered and re-triggered whenever the value of that property changes. So it's possible to make a workflow for a Deal, for example, that is enrolled immediately and repeatedly for any updates to the values of Close date, Forecast amount, etc. in any combination!   This is simple and brilliant - a game changer for me at least - yet seemingly not mentioned in any knowledge base document or on this community site (last time I checked). Let's try and change that - and make our workflows that much more flexible and powerful. Kudos to the development team for making that possible! ...read more

I was shocked to learn that you cannot add an attachment to a regular Marketing email. This is a standard feature with any email system, and, with HubSpot being ahead of the technology curve I cannot believe this has not been addressed. ...read more

The social tool on Hubspot is very limited compared to other competitors. My company just moved our MKT activities to Hubspot and I am missing a lot of useful social media features we used to have in our former platform.   Things that would be cool to have: Scheduling of stories / IGTV videos / and reels  Analytics reports for stories / IGTV videos / reels  Hashtag tool to search and analyze performance + analytics reports A place to save captions for social media posts - So we can use the same caption later on future posts An Instagram grid with scheduled posts - so we can see how the design of our single posts are working together when they are seen in a grid. It would be great if superadmins could have access to all user's on their Hubspot account. There's so much wasted time having to schedule meetings to just have me log in remotely to their system and change their email signature or other items. Sales people don't usually know how to work a marketing system and need some hand-holding. It'd be great if I didn't even have to talk to them if I wanted to update anything. ...read more

It is quite strange that it is not possible to change the template of an existing automated email. This feature is possible for other resources such as landing pages, but not for automated emails.   After contacting support even they were shocked that this feature was not available, quote: "I'm not sure why they don't offer that template switch like we do for landing pages I'm hoping we get that feature soon."   Please, allow for email template change on automated emails. ...read more

When I go to a Company > Contacts  "View all __ in filtered view" > click on a Contact > and Delete that contact... can it go back to the Company page or the Contact page with the filter that is associated with the Company I was viewing? It always takes me back to the general Contacts page with no filters then I have to start all over again by going to the Company page and so on and I do not want to have to open a new tab becuase it's still causing additional steps.  ...read more
