We are trying to run a permissions pass campaign for users who haven't been engaging recently. We are using a button and linking it to the confirmation page since that is their indication that they are wanting to be opted in still. The current social media notification preferences currently sends an uncontrolled blast of social media reports to everyone in the organization who has appropriate permissions. However, some admins are not business users of the social media tools, resulting in superfluous notifications.   Can you create some way for there to be controls on who receives these types of notifications, independent of their permissions levels within HubSpot? ...read more

I just switched over from Freshworks CRM, which was difficult to work on. However, There was 1 feature that was incredible that I think would help all Real Estate Perfessionals and other professions as well. At the top of each contact (Alongside the contact's name and email), it also had the address of the property address of the contact. I was able to click on the address and it would bring me straight to the address on google maps! I would assume that they would compile the property address, City, State, Zip and make into 1 clickable field, but i'm no tech wiz. Nevertheless, it allowed for 1 less step in copy and pasting into google maps.   If Hubspot had this, I think they would win the cake and be a complete CRM package that every real estate professional would look at. ...read more

Who - conversations inbox users What - edit comment after submitting Value - not having to delete the comment and start over Examples - comments feature on contact, company, deal, etc. properties allows for the option to edit after posting.   I'm not sure if the comment should be editable by everyone with access to it or only the user who submitted it, but sometimes you send a comment and forget a mention, or you added a photo that ends up way too large even with the default sizes... The key field of hubspot contacts is only email address, we require it to be Email + Phone number, as hundreds of duplicates will happens without any reason if only the similar phone number is been gathered and reflect an update in the contacts activity list as i contacted support and  currently the only way to fix duplicates in hubspot is after it has been occurred not before that!   if this is not applicable now, i hope this could be a special integration to help remove any duplicates soon.   Regards, ...read more

Currently there only exist one error notification in HS and that appears to be on the Salesforce Integration.    We had a lead syncing issue today on an account and apparently it had been not working for some time, with LinkedIn syncing, however no one in the HS Admin circle received a notification that there was an issue.    The business impact of this issue results in leads not being tracked properly and under estimating performance and pipeline. Having a rotation for task assignment would really help manage our inbound leads better. Using a shared task queue only puts it in front of the team, but ideally, we would have an automated way of distributing tasks to users equitably. I would love to have a filter in reports to limit the selection to the "primary" company associated with a deal. Edit: As it is today, a report on line item level will create duplicate entries for deals that are linked to more than one company. Being able to filter by the primary company would be an easy fix to remove those duplicates that would otherwise skew any analysis of the data. ...read more
