I want to be able to see how my pipeline value has fluctuated over time. For instance at the end of a quarter, i want to see what my sales reps started the quarter with, what was my pipeline value by mid quarter and what did it turn out to be by end of the quarter. I want to have the ability to do this month wise also. For instance, what was my overall weighted pipeline value at the start of the month, how did it change through out the month and how much did i end up closing by the end of the month. ...read more

With Apple's change in privacy practices nearly a year ago, we're definitely hurting in terms of driving engagement with email. So that means we're becoming as focused as possible on making sure we're delivering to the inbox.    We have many companies with many contacts, and sending marketing emails looks anecdotally like we're hitting spam filters (we're also targeting Fortune 1000 companies).    One idea for counterbalancing these changes is add a daily sending limit feature to workflows. We have sending caps for connected inboxes and for sales emails, but not marketing emails. But if we send 100 contacts an email to the same company within five minutes, we're probably going to get blocked.    Much better: being able to drip emails on in much smaller batches over a longer period of time.   Also, for the sake of sharing/illustrating... this list is basically contacts who've simply opened an email or visited our site (but aren't considered unengaged contacts). The knowledge base tool only allows for categories to have 1 level of sub categories. In other terms, categories can only have 1 child node. Is it possible to add a features that allows being able to more child nodes? P.S : This is supported by Justin from Hubspot team ...read more

It would be really helpful if we were able to edit the order of fields on the "Add Line Item" screen to a deal. This is critical to ensure our team selects the right items.    We can't have all the fields required, because there isn't a way to have conditional fields for different products selected. ...read more

It would be good to be able to add multiple quotes for different products on the same quote all to the same specification.    For example, a customer wants to buy 50 of X which are all customerised to a specific size. However, the customer is unsure what colour he wants so would like multiple prices for 4 or 5 different materials or colours.    Currently I cannot see a way to do this in hubspot and would mean creating 3-5 quotes per deal which is quite a lot of time wasted, loweing productivity.  ...read more

As a CEO/Owner, when I am reviewing the progress of my team in the academy, I want a more convenient way of monitoring the progress of my team in the academy so I can better support and realize success with them. I wish for a report in a course, %progress list format as an alternative to the tooltip-labelled progress circles. It would also be nice if this can be downloadable. Hello Hubspot, I'd like to submit a feature idea for your consideration: a content link library.   Our marketing team maintains an Excel spreadsheet cataloguing all of the frequently used urls. These can be links to landing pages, pdfs, videos, social media profiles, etc.   We use these links across multiple channels. When a link changes (i.e. a video gets taken down) it can be difficult to find and correct all the outdated links.   If you made a content link library, it could track all the places that particular link is being used across all Hubspot channels. Then, if you update the link within the Content Link Library, it would update everywhere.   If that's not possible, if it could at least identify and flag all the link locations, that would be a big step. I imagine this functioning similarly to the Properties. You can see all the places a Property is being used, and if you update the Property, it updates everywhere.   Food for thought.
