Currently, you can view all of the "Workflow Memberships" for a given Contact simply by viewing the Contact itself and viewing the right-hand side menu. However, this does not exist for Company and Deal objects and would be super beneficial if it did.   Additionally, when viewing your Workflows from the "Workflows" page, there are metrics for "Total" and "Active" enrollment, BUT there is no easy way of viewing WHO (or what objects) are actually enrolled in those Workflows. The closest you can get to these is by clicking an individual Workflow, viewing the "History", and then applying filters or searching through the "Select a [object]" dropdown - but even this doesn't give you a definitive anwer because from what I can tell this is just a list of all objects (Contacts, Companies, Deals) that had any association with the Workflow, even if it was just temporary or they have since be un-enrolled.   Summary: There is no indicator on a Company and Deal telling us what Workflow(s) that object belongs to There is no way to see in an aggregate view which objects are actively enrolled in Workflows   Workflows are extremley useful but as they currently stand are an absolute nightmare to manage/maintain/track/review. ...read more

tasks are great tool in hubspot. but unfortunatly you have to give "contact write permissions" to users who should be able to edit their assigned tasks. that makes often no sense in daily business. it should be possible to handle the user permissions more flexible. ...read more

I'd like to review how certain regularly sent emails are doing to see if certain recipients are never opening or always engaging etc.  The campaign is the same for all of these types of emails that we send on a weekly basis.  Right now, I have to open one email at a time, export the info, then do the same for every email in the campaign separately, then open 52 excel fiels and copy and paste to combine them all into one spreadsheet, etc.   It would be great if we could do better reporting via reports or exporting options by campaigns within Marketing/Emails filtering by a campaign (or by a string of words in the email subject line) and choosing a date range/all time to a table type format for easy Excel export.     This would also be helpful to review soft and hard bounce reasons over the course of a period of time.   ...read more

It's great that HubSpot supports integration with Stripe, but there are a lot of other processes that need to kick off after a customer e-signs a quote.   Currently there is no way to know from a workflow level when a quote has been signed off on by the customer and it would extraordinarily useful to know becuase quote completion acceptance usually triggers a flurry of other activities such as sending an invoice, payment processing, account creation, success introductions, sending a gift thanking them for becoming a customer etc....   As a Sales Enterprise customer using Esign, I would like a way to programatically trigger other activities based on a quote being accepted. ...read more

Hi! Why do HubSpot requires "State" field in address section to send emails even if my company address is outside of the USA? In most of the countries, there are no states. Usually it's only "street, city, zip, country".   Moreover, HubSpot prevents sending out an email without putting "State" value.   As a solution, I suggest making this field optional if selected country is not USA (+may be some other countries, like Canada). ...read more
