Posting idea request on behalf of customer Users currently are able to choose from three options when creating a follow-up task via Gmail: Follow-up in 1 day, Follow-up in 3 days, and Custom. However, it would save users time if instead of always having to select custom, they could create custom default follow-up times which they use frequently, such as "Follow-up in 1 month". The customer and his team frequently create 1 week follow-up tasks to contact leads. But the customer has to constantly go to the custom setting to create such tasks.
