Hey there!   I found an awesome report over at Intercom that I'd love to implement in HubSpot, but it seems that the process to do so might be a bit complex, so wondered if it might be better-accomplished by someone with the backend knowledge and product access at HubSpot. The goal is to find out aggregate numbers (pretty graph optional, but extra credit if it looks cool) of customers that self-serve to completion of their need and those that either contact support from the beginning or try to self-serve, then go on to a customer service agent. 3. This is a Great Idea: Location: Marketing > Ad > top / middle of page > filter option > Accounts Social Media Ad Accounts - Able to select more than 3 Facebook & Google accounts Hello HubSpot, I manage a franchise base company that has 23 Facebook/Instagram accounts, 23 Google accounts, and 2 TikTok accounts. We are currently growing into more franchise base companies so I need to have the ability to select more than just 3 accounts/locations at 1 time. I need the capability to select all 23 Facebook and or Google accounts at the same time to review the company's overall results at one time and be able to select Facebook accounts based on region.  If the Hubspot team needs to test a platform please let me know. I am willing to help. We are running into an issue with one of our account with people registering for an event under one email address. They try to register multiple times using the same email address but with different names, which then leads to inaccurate data associated with the one email address. We want people to register with one email address per registrant and thought that by restricting contacts to only one submission per email address, that would help minimize the issue. ...read more

It would be really nice to select multiple social posts that are in draft mode vs editing them one by one. Especially if they were similar posts just scheduled on different platforms. Another social feature that would be nice is the ability to access other platforms when editing a post in draft mode. For example, let's say I saved a social post as a draft for LinkedIn and now I'd like to copy that post and schedule it for Facebook as well. This option is not available for drafts, only for new posts.     One last social feature that would be helpful is the ability to move scheduled social posts on the calendar to reschedule them for different days if needed.  The calendar currently is for viewing mainly and not very action-oriented.  Thank you for all you do! ...read more

Have the possibility of setting a limit of registered users or an alert if the list reaches a certain size.   Example: I have created a property, used in a form, that allows people to sign up to one of two locations for an event. As a company with a support team that has Leads that are responsible for 3-4 other team members on their shift, we would like the Leads to have to ability to change the chat status of those individuals in the event that the individuals forget to change their status when taking a break or leaving for the day without having to give them the Super Admin role.   ...read more

Our customer base skews heavy mobile, and so designing our pages to look great on mobile browsers is a top priority. While you can "preview" what your page will look like on mobile in the preview tab, it would be really helpful to be able to use a mobile view when *building* your pages in the editor.   I use the awesome CLEAN theme, which allows you to set modules to be viewable on Desktop, Tablet, or Mobile — which is great because I can make some modules only viewable on Mobile and design for that specific use case. The problem is, when I set it to "Mobile only," I can no longer see it in the page editor 😶   As mobile becomes a greater share of traffic, making it easier for your customers to build pages for mobile feels super important! ...read more
