Today, we only can place the CTA of a form below the form. In the case of a single-field form (such as a newsletter subscription), it would be very useful to be able to place the CTA to the right of the field. 👍

We have multiple business units in our account, but our marketing team for example works for all business units. We would like to be able to set users standard to 'all business units': Currently this is only cookie based. On a new device it opens up the main account again. Side note: Before you could just handle this in a view, why this has been removed is a mystery to me and I honestly would also like to see that option back too.

On our Knowledge base articles, we want to use the 'Is this helpful?' Yes or No prompt. However, for anyone not in the CRM it asks them to submit their email address with a lot of privacy and consent text which is off-putting, unnecessary and is creating contacts we don't want. It would be great if we could just tally the Yes or No's - anonymously and have the option to NOT have this email submit requirement.

There is no API access to property restrictions rules like "Date not in the past" or "Number must be positive". Portal admins can create these restrictions and our API calls will fail if we try to send invalid data. We have to work around this because if we send invalid data as part of a bulk update, the whole update fails -- so we have to pull out the invalid data and retry. Additionally we cannot do any kind of validations in our product on these properties when we are collecting the user-input. We've had customers use these restrictions and then failed to sync because of validation rules. This is generally useful for HubSpot apps that write to user-defined properties.

We create properties in HS Portals to store data that we sync as part of our product. But we cannot mark them as read-only (despite being the ones that "control" the value). As a workaround, we constantly sync the values more than necessary just to ensure that no one has changed the values in the HS side. This also causes customer confusion when they expect two-way syncing (changing the property in HS and expect our product to reflect that change, in reality we just write over in the next sync). You can restrict access via admin UI but not API. This is generally useful for HubSpot apps that manage properties.

As a user I want to create draft edits on my knowledge base. I have documentation that needs to be online at all times, but after a while things change. With the option to save a draft that can be published later I won't have to postpone changes to publish them at a set time. Currently the only options are to unpublish documents and save the changes, and publish again when these changes apply. Or edit the changes and publish immediately. If it's possible to schedule the edits to go live at a certain time and date, that's also a workable solution.

As it stands now the default Ticket Status is not editable, neither fields nor type of property can be changed. This may be something specific to the system that I do not understand but as a company we need the Ticket Status to be editable so we can customize these fields. It would be great if it could be a multiple checkbox as a ticket can have multiple statuses which helps with tracking, and it would be great if we could define the statuses ourselves instead of being limited to the ones provided by hubspot. Without this feature the forms look weird as I now have Ticket Status, and Current Status to accomplish this, which may be confusing for some of our users. Lastly if that is not doable for some reason, then atleast being able to remove it from the form properties would allow us to create our custom field and "retire" Ticket Status.

*CRM users have to click through this prompt every time they launch a Sequence (painful and the lost time/productivity becomes pretty staggering for regular Sequence users). *There's no value to the user after they've seen this prompt just a few times (users get your simple point after being told just once or twice). You're only slowing down and impeding the effectiveness of your users after the first few reminders (i.e., you have a feature that creates negative leverage for the user, which is roughly the oppositie of what any good technology should do). *I recommend giving users the option to turn off this reminder. *Alternatively, after a small number of consecutive instances of a user sending Sequences (e.g., after, say, launching 3 sequences within a 24 hour period), the prompts should automatically turn off.
