From what I have experienced with Chatflows, one inbox = one or multiple chatflows. I would like to be able to have one bot chatflow and based on the selections, the bot is able to send the site visitor to any inbox. The selections will determine which inbox the user gets sent to.  For our purposes, our Customer Service department responds to all live chat inquiries. We have one segment, retail, that has it's own customer service department, separate from the one the responds to live chat. As a result, I started building a bot that gathers information from the user before sending them to a representative. I think it will be pretty nice to have a "today's date" option in the tokens to access today's date automatically when creating an email, even better to have the option to add working days in it so when you make a sequence and send an email suggesting a date it does it automatically. The date format should be customiseable as well, right now HubsSpot date fields appears as 06/01 instead of "6th of January".   This idea will be great when sending batch emails to prospects when enrolling them into a Sequence. Instead of having to write mannually "Are you available for a chat on the 10th January 2020?" and having it to change every day accordingly, you can just create the sequence as "Are you available on the "Today'sDate + 4" ( 6th January + 4) = Are you available on the 10th of January? ...read more

I would be nice to be able to set up a workflow and have the tasks/emails, etc be triggered to start based on completion of the previous step, instead of off the date they entered into the workflow. ...read more

Hi, We have the issue that internal office/confidential/personal emails are tracked and we have no option to stop this from happening. Yes you can select the untrack for each individual email sent to the contact but as soon as that doesn't happen once, then it creates an element of doubt around what records are kept for the contact. There are a lot of emails going back and forth between administration/management/personal that never need to be logged or tracked. We have the ip address blocked which prevents the notifications and email address listed for exclusion around logging but there is nothing for tracking. It would be great to be able have a check box/drop down inside a contact record that you can select globally to never log or track which overides any other setting you have around the sales extension tool or gmail.          ...read more

Does anyone else want to see who responded to campaigns/sequence emails in list view?   It would be a big timesaver to view a list of sequence email recipients (or any multi-recipient email) and be able to see the respective number of opens, clicks, replies, etc in one view.  -   Sort by most active and prioritize follow ups accordingly.   - randy@apmdpro.com - ...read more
