It would be really useful to be able to personalise the hubspot forms with images/logos so that they appear more legitimate to potential partners/customers. In the same way that you can with marketing emails. Thanks

It looks like playbook are only available to tie to a contact, and there is no way to tie a playbook to a deal, while updating contact info and deal info. An example use case would be to have a form where you map different contacts to their roles in the buying process as described in Hubspot's article here

The social tools in HubSpot are ok - but Buffer is a much more powerful scheduler for all social sites. Why not allow integration with Buffer so HubSpot generated posts can be added to Buffer queues.

The Code Block functionality in the Knowledge Base is too low-level, really basic. In my case, I am writing a documentation and I have to add a line of code, I cannot distinguish properly the code from the text in the article and it is difficult to read. It would be nice to be able to highlight the code, select a syntax, add colors, etc. such as this code:

While it's always great to help out others in the community and have that reciprocated when looking for solutions myself, it really doesn't make sense to me that the users receiving answers cannot easily view a full profile of those that help them. I've written out my profile, but none of the information is visible to other users. It would be great if anyone I help could actually see who I am and learn a little more about our agency, with my signature on comments linked to our company website etc. I'm in no way wanting to turn the community into a lead-gen farm - and those type of comments should be actively discouraged - but it would make it far more worth mine and other users time to post solutions regularly, if doing so could result in some inbound leads! If the helpee has an immediate need for more of the same expertise, it makes sense that they be presented with the ability to easily find out more should they wish. This holds especially true for people with generic names such as mine that can't so easily be found on LinkedIn 😉

Hi, I've been working through technical site audits provided by organisations such as SEMRush and Moz to improve our SEO. The problem is that many of the issues which are flagged and raised cannot be fixed from within Hubspot. Examples include: - Title tag is missing or empty - Duplicate title tag - Duplicate content - Duplicate meta descriptions - Missing ALT attributes - Low text to HTML ratio - Low word count - Uncompressed JavaScript and CSS files (even though HS say they do compress) - Unminified JavaScript and CSS files (even though HS say they do minify) Since content and SEO go hand in hand, it would be amazing if Hubspot could work closely with these providers to make it easier for technical issues such as site warnings, errors etc to be fixed from within Hubspot.

We use a HubSpot form on our "contact us" page. Currently we run those form-fills through zapier to create a new ticket in Freshdesk so that our customer service team can reply from there. I'd like to move my customer service team to the HubSpot environment so that they don't have to use two systems (one for email [freshdesk] and one for chat [HubSpot]). Unfortunately I can't figure out how to create a new Conversation based on a HubSpot form fill that also retains the customers email address in the "From" line so that our CS reps can respond to them directly from the inbox. Seems like it would be an natural use case to continue a converastion from the HS inbox that began with a HS form fill. If this issue were to be solved we could get our chat initiative off the ground faster. Thanks.

At this time, you can only use one picture for all of your HubSpot chat windows. If you take care about chats from different clients it's not possible to change the picture. All customers just see my picture instead of a picture from an employee of the company. This might be confusing the team of our customers as well as the clients of our customer.

At this time, it's not possible to edit form styles with a Marketing Starter subscription, as noted in this article. This is due to the fact that the forms are embedded in an iframe, and it's not possible to edit elements rendered within an iframe. This renders the forms quite useless, since font-size (to name one attr) is mandatory for it blend into a website.

We upgraded to Sales Pro so that we could gain access to the product library feature. But now that we have access we really need a way to either of the following: 1. Disable the product library from the end of the list of properties when creating a new deal. Because price is required we cannot use this feature. We sell the same products in multiple currencies around the world and they carry different pricing based on the region. By requiring a single price but only supporting the single account wide defined currency (which is a big problem in and of itself) it makes the tool unusable and then adds confusion as our users have a product dropdown they can't use when putting in a deal. For now, we are creating a manually populated product multichoice dropdown so we really need to hide the Product Library version that we can't use. 2. Improve the Product Library to support multiple currencies and prices per product. If this is not possible please make the price field not required and just fill with a N/A value when a price is not set. If this is possible then we would prefer to use the product library tool. Thank you.
