It looks like this used to be a Hubspot Knowledge Base feature, but now Zendesk (and any other unsupported knowledge base sources) are no longer supported as a smart copy option, so CSV upload is required. When importing Knowledge Base articles via CSV file, key data fields cannot be uploaded or set after upload, and therefore are lost. The goal is to include at a minimum: article create date and updated date; author, vote count, if possible. Without this data, the import tool and article creation are incomplete, not sortable, and don't satisfy the required fields to host a fully informative knowledge base for customer-facing support or internal Service Hub users. Ideally, the Knowledge Base tool would include most of the properties and functionality that already exist in the blog tool, like updating publish date during/after adding an article.
