Hi community, hi team Hubspot, today, users can choose their language and subscription types in the Preference/Subscription Center. Sometimes though it's not visible to them, why they don't get emails even if subscribed to certain groups. It could be there they are considered as unengaged or unsubscribed. What if we could display the "subscription status" in the Preference/Subscription Center? What if - before the subscription types - there was a button either showing a contact is subscribed (meaning is subscribed & considered as engaged) or showing that they might not get our emails and then giving an option to re-subscribe/re-engage via one click. E.g. like this: A click on the (here displayed right & red) botton could trigger either a transactional and/or a marketing email to confirm the re-subscription/-engagement based on current settings. We have already set up a workflow for those emails in our company, just no option for the user at the moment to have visibility or control into that. Any thoughts from this round? Kindly, Ramona
