In our team, we often have multiple people joining a call with a customer or lead. We are never sure who is writing down what in terms of notes, and by the time the note is saved, the meeting is over and we've either done double work or missed lots of points. To solve this, we currently use Fellow (fellow.app), which is a really nice tool to write meeting notes togther, live. After the meeting, I will then copy the Fellow notes into HubSpot, if I don't forget. It would be much more pleasant and efficient for us if meeting notes, call notes and general notes on HubSpot records are live editable by people in our team simultaneously (a Google Docs-esque experience).
