Hey y'all, I hope all is well. I recently learned that HubSpot is supressing email sends to contacts who have bounced in another clients instance (even though we have no recroded "hard bounce" in our system)- wow! I thought this was super "neato-burritto" and was very impressed with the community of data-hygine that HubSpot is cultivating with this feature. 👏 I made our list of "global bounced" contacts and added this surpression on our database- we don't need these folks to be "marketing contacts" and even on lists for 1:1 outreach, because why waste our reps time contacting an invalid email address- our reps loved this and life was good. (if anyone is not aware of this feature: Thanks support! https://www.loom.com/share/13437df363774293a6baa818d1a490fe) UNTIL...I noticed this was a static list and not updating with new "global bounce" contacts like an active list would. I reached out to support because I must have done something wrong, but alas- we simply cannot make an active list at this time. This is no longer a super cool feature- now this is a chore to complete every week (pulling a new list and adding to supressions)- ok but it's still a cool feature, but... Submitting this idea: can we make our Global Bounce list active? Not static. Thank you!
