Not long ago we were able to create detailed form reports. I've grouped only the relevant forms into the report and chose to show it monthly. Very useful for reporting the number of leads (not all forms generate leads) or to report on leads per specific segments.   This function has been unfortunately discontinued, not sure why. Now all these tickets are visible for our customers in the customer portal, which is great, but it only shows the headline and no content and no follow up conversations.   It turns out the customer portal only pulls the title of a ticket and then shows the conversation messages. In my case there was no conversation to any of the imported tickets, so nothing was shown.   Please allow importing support history in a way that allows the end customers to see the past tickets and their actual discussions. Posting this on behalf of many Customers who have requested this. Often times people buy HS for a brand and it goes so well that the parent company wants to adopt the use of HS too. This is great except for the fact when its decided they need to use Business Units.   Right now the only way to update the "Primary" Business Unit on an account is to change the account name altogether as described here. This means you would need to change the entire HS account to the parent company (not a huge deal), then afterwards adjust all of the old records as needed to match the new BU's in place (huge deal). This particularly effects folks who tested out BU's for a bit before pulling the trigger fully.   The primary BU needs to be divorced from the Account as a whole, and just exist as more of a filtering capability. ...read more

PLEASE add the Calibri font to the template dropdown options. It is the most widely used font and the font we have in Outlook. When we send a sequence in one font from the HubSpot template and reply in Calibri it looks messy!! ...read more

It would be an awesome feature to be able to create campaign reports - with everything attached to that campaign in a report to then include on a dashboard. It would make comparing campaigns a lot easier along with seeing progress! ...read more

We need to be able to migrate files/attachments in Saleforce records over to HubSpot using the native Salesforce integration in Hubspot and not need a paid 3rd party like Trujay or Import2 to do this.  ...read more

The feature is great but if you have multiple companies with the same name and domain it is not possible to exactly know which one you want to choose as a child company. It would be great to see the location of the company to be able tochoose between different subsidiaries.   ...read more
