Hi,   The Marketing Starter subscription has simple workflows available in the Automation tab of forms which I'm using to send contacts a "thanks for your enquiry" email. Hello,   We recently were working on a landing page and we noticed that the "Read More" option for long paragraphs are not a native item that can be used on HubSpot and sometimes it's highly needed because you wouldn't want to show the full paragraph. So by clicking on "Read More" the text would exapand and the interested user will be able to read the full paragraph and then "Read Less" would collapse and the non-interested user would have to scroll less to see the other sections of the landing page. I had already asked support about this and they told me it can only be done by development so it would be nice if it was a preset feature to help us without the need of a developer.   I hope you take this idea into consideration!   Thank you 🙂 ...read more

Reporting on Conversation feedback is very limited if you can't view which Agent the feedback applies to. Agent is presented within the UI but there's no filtering or controls to use there.
