We have enforced 2FA on our accounts, but have a number of users showing no 2FA. This is because they are choosing to sign in with Google which uses our Google Workspace settings and thus they are forced to use 2FA on Google Workspace which skips HubSpot 2FA, but the user in HubSpot shows they lack 2FA thus making people nervous we have users without 2FA and thus a risk when we report on account hygine. HubSpot support advise they cannot, for security, tell us who is doing what we can only have what we see in the GUI, this leaves us with the position of say 10 users "without" MFA and need to contact each one and ask how they logon to Hubspot and screenshare and view that to confirm they are secured via 2FA via Google account or ask them to use Email / PW login instead and set HubSpot MFA so we get the shield. Require a report / someway to know what method a user has elected to login to HubSpot be it un/pw, Google or SSO (or any other login options in the future that HubSpot add) so we can confidently report on the essentail basic of MFA.
