Hey, it would be nice if contacts in an active workflow would automatically leave the workflow, if the trigger criteria change. There are allways times when you need to add important criteria after you activated the workflow. Right now the workaround is to clone the workflow, add the new criteria and activate it again. ...read more

ISSUE - HUBSPOT CALLING IS NOT WORKING WITH SAFARI BROWSER There are millions of Hubspot users who's preferred browser is Safari, (not Chrome, not Firefox etc).  Hubspot users unable to use Hubspot's calling feature with Safari browser as it is not currently supported.   This is a significant inconvenience for users who do not want their whole life rulled by Google and/or are unable to use Chrome.  Also, when there are glitches in Google Chrome, it means the Hubspot calling function is not able to work at all, because Hubspots currently provides not redudunacy by supporting other browsers.     FEATURE REQUEST Hubspot to support Safari browser, and millions of users worldwide, similar to Salesforce/ZenDesk and others - to allow users to use Hubspot for all calling features.  ...read more

Our company uses Contact Owner as the primary Account Executive working with the client. However, we also have LMS Contact Owner if they're interested in our LMS product, and Custom Contact Owner if they are interested in our custom solutions product. We also have our Business Development Reps owning a contact as the BDR Contact Owner if they are still being sorted into one of the other three owner catagories.   When I create a chat I want the chat to automatically be sorted to the BDR Contact Owner, unless it is unassigned then to send it to that group. But currently we can only assign it to the default Contact Owner automtically. Would love to see that change. ...read more

Hi.  The HubSpot Customer Rep suggested I come to this board and post my recommendation.   Here it is:  I run sales ops and I wade through many company records in that capacity, trying to find "Discovery Meetings" etc. etc.   Many of my SDR's send out dozens (30 or more) of emails that are 100% redundant to various prospect at a specific company. They are essentially marketing emails, but they are sent one-to-one, individually, each email to a unique prospect. I have to wade dozens of them to find an email about setting up a meeting or something else that indicates progress on a potential opportunity.  Is there any way Hubspot can recognize redundant emails (but sent on an individual basis) and filter them out? Or maybe the SDR can tag them as "marketing" , which can then be used to filter them out later on?  Thanks, Dave Karson ...read more

Our sales team asked if it was possible to show a turnover trend line of (for example) the last 3 or 5 years that is visible in the left sidebar for every company. At this time this is not possible in HubSpot.   The only thing that is now possible is to have the revenue per company written in numbers. But to have this in graph form would make it much more usable for our salesteam. They can then use this graph to get a quick overview of that companies situation whenever they are in the company detail view.  ...read more

iOS and MacOS (possibly Android too?) allow apps to respond to custom scheme (protocol), allowing redirect URL to look like:   myoauth://oauth-callback/hubspot   This works fine with dropbox, google, etc. but Hubspot requires an HTTP/S protocol, which makes handling OAuth login on mobiles far harder than it needs to be.   Can you please remove the constraint on http/s, or allow us to override? ...read more

Adolfo Camargo researched and found that is not possible to check the emails from a company point of view.   "This is not possible, because the entity Company is a CRM/Sales entity and does not register any marketing activity, only sales ones. For example, one-to-one sales emails to contacts associated with the company will be featured there.
