It's absolutely shocking and absurd to me that over all these years and improvements to the drag-and-drop builder and with the release of the latest beta how we still dont have simple yet desired options for developers!   The fact there isn't a text section to add a custom class(es) or id(s) to both a row or column is ridiculous to me.   It leads to us having to use css targeting row numbers which all change when adding a new widget, removing a widget or moving a row!   On top of that the ability to edit styles is fantastic but why do we have to create an entirely new style group or add even more style fields to add our responsive style pickers? Why has it not yet been baked into HubSpot fields to have a simple toggle for Desktop, Tablet, Mobile?   The lack of these 3 features makes developing a website on HubSpot using their DND builder to achieve advanced/beautifully designed websites both extremely infuriating and a terrible experience for developers. We may as well hard code every page template instead of trying to provide flexibility to the client...   And on top of that if a website uses a HubSpot domain it should have caching disabled, when i make a change I want to be able to see it instantly not spam hard refresh for a minute for it to update costing valuable time! ...read more

One of the best things about Hubspot is the integrated applications. We are running into some problems where an integration may have issues, like a sync failure.  But there is no way for us to know there is an issue because there is no way to alert.   For example, we sync Hubspot and Connectwise Manage.  A sync problem will happen for a couple different reasons, and the fix is very fast (1 minute) but if we have no idea there is a problem we cannot fix.   Please provide a native alerting (email, etc) capability for integrations so we can avoid problems before it causes problems in the business. ...read more

Hi, I would like to ask if would be possibile to have the chance to ONLY assign the last deal created into a specific pipeline. In our company we create a new deal everytime a contact make a request on our website and everytime we need to move the deal into a specifi stage in our pipelie, which is called NEW DEALS. So far we have been using the  SET PROPERTY action with allows us to set a specific deal stage. The only problem is that hubspot only give us the chance to set ALL DEALS associated to that contact. So all the deals, even the LOST one, will be assigned again into NEW DEAL stage. Would be SO CRUCIAL to targetize only the last deal created. Thanks ...read more

I have a use case where our deals result in multiple tickets.  A many to one relationship.  I need the ability to update only one ticket associated to the deal opposed to "all labels".  the only way to isolate the spefic ticket is through label associations, otherwise all tickets are updated.     Example, one of our customers purhases a package with service 1 and service 2.  this deal results in two tickets for each service and is assigned to the production team.   We are updating the tickets with information from the deals, but we are unable to assign specific details that are only associated with one service to a ticket.  any updates is performed on all tickets.    is there a way to only update one specific ticket when multiple tickets are associated to one deal?  I have tried to use If/then functions, but the update record or copy record action requires an association label, otherwise it is set to "all labels"  ...read more
