Conversations are automatically associated with either the user sending the email or the original sender if you're forwarding the email (and have the settings configured this way.) Oftentimes, our customers forward emails and the original sender is assocated with the converation. We need to delete the association and reattach our actual customer. However, in order to associate a new user, you must know their email exactly and type it in. THEN hubpsot says "we know that person, here is their contact card." Please modify this so that we have the option to just search our contacts by first and last name, or company, and associate this way. Nobody memorizes a person's email address versus searching their actual name. ...read more

Hi team! I worked with a customer today who requested for their quotes to be deleted as they were published as test quotes. This is typically a task that needs to be performed by the product team. However, it appears that due to compliance, the product experts cannot currently delete any published quote that used HubSpot payments.  Hopefully there might be more flexibility here in the future in which we can delete these for customers with their permissions and confirmation that the quotes are tests 🙂 ...read more

Nos gustaría poder bloquear informes dentro de un panel, de modo que, al filtrar el panel por una fecha, no se nos cambien todos los informes.   En nuestro caso en concreto, lo que queremos es ver la actividad semanal de los comerciales en un informe y debajo otro igual, pero que ponga la actividad global de todo el año en curso. El problema es que cuando filtramos la semana en el panel, se nos cambian todos los informes y no podemos comparar esos datos. Filing on behalf of a customer: Hi team, At time of writing - we cannot have time-based delays in date-centred workflows as delays in date-centred workflows can only be based on the property (27 days before date) and not a fixed amount of time (e.g. 1 day). It would be useful and easier to manage (in terms of number of workflows) if we could have time-based delays on date-centred workflows.  Hoping we can see this implemented - although we have workarounds such as "Enroll in another workflow". ...read more

As a quality of life improvement when using the Service Hub it would useful to quickly assign tickets to me.   Right now you can either open the ticket, select the ticket owner and search through all HubSpot user accounts to find yours, or move the ticket to a different status where a ticket owner is mandatory and search your account manually there.   Ticketing systems, i. e. Zendesk, have an "assign to me"-button in the owner selection. This speeds up the process of self-assigning tickets. An automatic ticket assignment could also be a solution. When you move the ticket to a status where a ticket owner is mandatory and it will be automatically assigned to your account.   This is sort of implemented in the Conversation Inboxes where your user account is suggested first when selecting a conversation owner. It can be improved further (like mentioned above) but bringing this to the Service Hub would be great. ...read more

We have a client who has customer satisfaction feedback data in Survey Monkey they want to import into Hubspot.   However, Hubspot doesn't seem to have the ability to import feedback properties.   Allowing imports to be mapped to feedback properties will allow mass migration from other feedback tools to Hubspot.   Please sort this out. ...read more

Please may we have the ability to rotate company records around members of "child" teams?   At the moment, we can only allocate owners around "parent" teams - so when I set up additional team members in the "child" teams, it doesn't allow me to automatically allocate company records within the team using a workflow   Thanks ...read more

Could I suggest that HubSpot develop a token for sales email template for the day of the week to improve personalisation . And to ensure that the day the email arrives is the actual day embedded in the email content - i.e hope your Monday is going well? arrives on a Monday. ...read more
