In order for HubSpot to work with Salesforce, I need to be able to continue to assign objects to Salesforce queues. Salesforce's lead routing functionality is much more robust than HubSpot's. You can globally turn users on and off of being part of a queue or you can locally have them as part of a queue. HubSpot doesn't allow for such necessary fine-grained granularlity and that's just one way in which Salesforce is superior to HubSpot in this regard.   Now, I was happily able to do this until today when I received the following message: "Assignments can be made to paid Professional seats only."   This does not feel like solving for the user. Instead, it seems very much to be taking away existing functionality and pushing users, ready or not, into the paid version of the CRM.   I would love to continue to use HubSpot. I have been an evangelist since 2012. It is currently not able to see the previous RSS email in RSS email editing page, users only can see the previous email on the performance tab. It would be great if we could see what we sent last time. ...read more

Let's say I am sending out a company update email to all my contacts, this includes several personas whom all act differently.   Persona 1 - Reads her emails at the end of the day when things are quiet Persona 2 - Reads his emails as soon as he gets in, making ready for the day ahead Persona 3 - Reads her emails during breaks from her main work   To get the best engagement from all these personas I would have to clone the email and make 3 copies which would be scheduled at the best times for them.   This would be a good thing to implement into the Send and Schedule tab of an email. I have my default meeting calendar set for 3 durations (15/30/60 min). On some days there is 15 min slots avail but not 60 min. slots.  When that happens however, the user gets taken  to a dead end of sorts....see below-- the user is told there are no slots and they have to email me directly. The message is "Sorry... <my name> has no available meeting times left. Please email them to request a meeting instead."   BUT if they were allowed to change the duration, they would find slots available.   Client could pick a different day and come back, but it's a bit confusing.     Maybe leave the duration slider up and still pop the message about no slots left? Hi Team, just came across quite a good use case 🙂 It seems that for now for our marketing email dashboard there would be analytics from people who have opened from a specific client. Although we can export some of the data under the "Recipients tab" > List actions > export > see the User Agent column, I thought it might be useful to bring it as a property, so we can filter it using our Lists Tool too. The use case would be (i)either sending email templates that are customized to different email clients (ii) if there are any email specific client content towards the recepients, it would be helpful too. ...read more

Hey, I"m dealing with our customer success operation and automation, our goal is to create automation everytime a deal is closed from handover to next year renewal deal. My team noticed that starting this week, Hubspot's social scheduling no longer updates in real time.   For example, when scheduling a new post, it doesn't appear in your list of scheduled posts until you refresh the page. Similarly, if you're going through a list of scheduled posts and updating them one by one (with hashtags and images, for example), those changes don't show up when you save. You have to refresh the page, and that drops you back on page 1 of the list (even if you were editing on page 3).   As you can see in the gif below, this new functionality makes it hard to edit a list of posts since you have to remember where you've left off and if a distraction occurs, you're left refreshing the page to find your place again, only to be bumped back to the beginning of the list. ...read more
