We create quite a number of email templates and snippets. However, until now it is not possible to easily add knowledge base links as you can do it when writing normal emails. This would ease the process there quite a lot 🙂

Currently when creating a knowledge base/help center in multiple languages, content can only exist if it's the same across the board (everything visible for example in German has to be identical to the English version). As translation projects take a long time or the product changes in different markets, it would be useful to have the ability to personalize the help center in different languages. This means being able to create content that won't be visible in other languages on the Help center directly, as well as including links to other language versions (example: including a link to help.com/it from an article on help.com/de will redirect the customer from the German website to the Italian website).

For playbooks set to create notes, it would be helpful if not only the text in the questions and anwers, but also other text (headlines, text body and so forth between questions) appeared in the note.

Posting this on behalf of a customer. It would be really helpful to have an import or upload feature for Playbooks especially for customers who have a lot of hosted content on sites like Slite, who want to move this content over to Playbooks. It would take a lot of time to manually copy and paste content over. The import feature already exists on many of HubSpot's existing tools, so why not Playbooks as well?

It would be great to be able to toggle on/off customisation of default properties throughout HubSpot. That way, new users can just keep things as they are OOTB, but more advanced users will be able to make the platform more responsive to their orgs needs. In my use case, I'm wanting the 'Amount' property in the Deals object to display a calculated value.

I want to grant user and team-level object property permissions, but in my org, there is not assignment of 100% of users to teams, so in order to grant the whole org 'view' access, I would need to identify and configure each user individually, which would be really time consuming. Instead, it would be great to have a "Users not on a team" option, as this would allow a 'default' view only option. I realize assigning all users to a team would be ideal and solve for my issue, but it's simply not realistic at this point (and out of my departmental control/purview).

Love HubSpot, but for some reason, the HS workflow squad missed a critical automation step that should be baked into the code. When in a Deal, and a Ticket is created, it does not populate the Associated Contact, even if only one Contact is associated with the Deal. It should default to the Primary "Buying Role" Contact record. Also, it does not populate the Associated Company either.

I have an account where there are 9 countries with their social media and I have to filter by countries, inside Hubspot, there is no country filter. Is there any application that can be connected to Hubspot to recommend?

When creating a new deal, and choosing a contact to associate it with, it might be helpful for the company/companies that the contact is associated with to pop up in the list rather than the random/total list of all companies in the database. Deals for a person are likely to be for the company they work for, right? Hope this is helpful. Thanks!

We've had a handful of Leads come through our system with freemail accounts (e.g., Gmail). Our Hubspot account is integrated with Salesforce. The Salesforce record was updated with the Company URL which was a Yelp address. Yelp.com is NOT the Comany associated with the Property. The Company in the Salesforce record did not change and is not nor was listed as Yelp. Because the email assicated with the record in Hubspot was a freemail account, the Hubspot platform updated the Company associated to the Property as "Yelp" which is incorrect. Aside from turning off the setting that automatically creates and associates companies with contacts, is it possible to build in logic that prevents the Company from updating to review/aggregator siteslike Yelp.com simply based off of the root domain alone?
