Problem: Templates/messaging take time and resource to craft, test and refine. Ideally, leaders should be able to make successful Conversations > Templates available to all team members without worrying about someone making edits to tried and tested formulas. Currently, if templates are edited without permission, there's no way to restore them to their previous form. There's also no option in HS to disable someone's ability to edit them in the first place.   Suggested solutions: Save the version history of templates created and saved to Conversations > Templates. Allow admin users to restore previous versions if edits were made without permission. Or, add the option to set Edit Permissions on templates/folders in Conversations > Templates. ...その他を表示

I currently have my corporate account under my company in a different timezone than mine. Because of this, I get a daily task digest, but at 4pm my time in Singapore. This is very very much less effective to receive at the end of the day. As I might not be able to change my timezeon of my corporate account, it would be good if this feature can be changed so that a user can set the timing to receive their daily digest   ...その他を表示

We have some leads that we only need to review in a year's time but those tasks always show up when going through daily task lists and then they need to be skipped each time, which is time-consuming.   Can there be a function added whereby when you set a reminder the task doesn't show until that time due/reminder set date? ...その他を表示

Hi! Opening this on behalf of one of our customers.  It would be great if we have the option to "switch" between two different accounts using two different emails as the user email.  We do have that option when the user email is the same in both portals, but in this case, the email address is different. We have several people that send emails from our marketing department, and having a calendar that auto-syncs with our send list of emails. Just like the social media calendar, it would allow us to have visibility on what other team members are scheduling and when, so we don't bombard people with emails.  ...その他を表示

The "last sequence enrolled" should be a dingle line text property so it can be used to filter contacts based on the name of the sequence they were assigned to. ...その他を表示

I don't understand why when I'm creating a new deal in a company and I need to associate contacts to the deal I see the entire contact list in the scroll down menu.   Only the contacts associated to the company should be showing in the drop down list. That would make my life so much easier.    Let's say I remember juste the first name: Nathalie it bring me up all the Nathalies in our contact data base 😞   Thank You! ...その他を表示
