I'm submitting this idea for specifically the Business Unit Portal.   Currently, HubSpot's default property for associating objects with Business Unit exists only for contacts. I would like to submit an idea to expand this possibility to count for Companies and Deals as well. This current situation creates a lack in the system for Business Unit users when they are working with Companies and Deals.   All of the companies and deals are in one big list that is visible to all Business Unit users. By creating a system property to filter between BU's HubSpot users would be able to see only the companies and deals associated with their BU. Before making a Sequence 'live', I like to test it for my clients using dummy Contacts and emails. However, once we're happy with the final Sequence and want to add 'real' Contacts to it, I understand that unenrolling the dummy Contacts doesn't result in their statistics being removed from the data within the sequence performance at this time.   This means that our performance metrics are skewed (in our favour!)   Please can we have a means to unenroll Contacts AND their peformance data if only being used for testing.   Or if there is a more elegant way of testing Sequences before publishing (like with Workflow), that would be even better! (without having to clone a Sequence and templates etc which gets a bit messy) ...read more

A recent deployment in late April 2022 adjusted the data structure of the HubSpot property "Create Date" such that a time was added to the date. For several processes, we only require the Date aspect of the field and are not having to parse out the Time rather than only double click on the field.   Could the developers adjust the field such that you can choose whether to have the Time added in addition to the Date? I'm missing the option to create NPS dashboard reports per team, team member, company, original source and other variables, to see who is doing great and and where the happiest customers are coming from etc.     This will is very usefull  in both sales and CSM reporting.    Would also like to have historic NPS data.
