In my organzation, we have created a custom object that indicates a webinar someone has attended and called it a "Session". So the Session object holds all the information about the session, date, time, topic, etc, and then we associate with it all the contacts who registered for it. This is the same type of association functionality that Deals, Companies, and Tickets have.    It would be incredibly helpful if, when I click "Create Email," I'm given the option to email all of the Contacts associated with this Session object. You can imagine the scenario if a Session needs to be moved, canceled or otherwise, being able to email everyone who is registered all at once would be super helpful. We think it would be useful to have a log with what criteria changed with hubspot scores with timestamps. It is very hard to trouble shoot when you cant see the date and time contacts were changed by scoring. ...read more

We have some longer forms that once submitted by the customer go over to the sales teams. HubSpot won't pull through the section headers - only the questions and answers. So the sales team get a page of Qs and As but no indication of which question section they come from - so it's not overly easy for them to use.    Please allow an include header text / exclude header text setting on the hubspot form output. ...read more

We are running into an issue where we operate as two separate business units in HubSpot with different lead scoring models. The issue is that we are currently using a homegrown integration to push data over to NetSuite, so having two different "HubSpot Score" fields would cause major data issues in NetSuite.    It would be helpful for the HubSpot Score field to have the functionality to collect the sum of the scores from both BU's (with added functionality to see how the score breaks down by BU). This way we are getting an accurate score on each contact whether they visit one company page or the other, and don't run into any issues with the field integrations we have in place. ...read more

Hello,   we have connected HubSpot to our Google Workspace calendar. The scheduling feature works fine on the surface, but under the hood, it doesn't appear to create proper meeting in Google Meet.    We get invites, the Google Meet links provided work, but the meetings don't show up in Google Meet directly (the overview dashboard where all your upcoming meetings are listed).   The integration also doesn't place the "Join Meeting" button inside the Google Calendar invitations. It places the link, but Google Calendar doesn't see this as a proper meeting (hence it's not showing in Google Meet and there is no join button like when you schedule something with Google Calendar directly).    I think maybe the API is outdated or using some kind of sub-optimal way to register the meetings with Google Calendar.    I appreciate this is not a bug, but it probably can be improved, so that people using Google Meet's dashboard can join meetings from there and also find a join button on their calendars.    BTW: Competing tools like Calendly, Doodle and so on do this correctly.  ...read more

Having a workflow in which you can say when Deal is created by "User ID", then ________.    Deal Owner dosen't mean Deal creator. When building reports or workflows it would be nice to be able to specify who that creator is by their ID. In reports you can set it to "Created by User ID" but it shows all users that have created deals. I wish you could filter that even further and just select one user.    Having this addition in a workflow and this extra filter in a report would be amazing. ...read more
