Gostaria que o e-mail automático configurado em fluxos de trabalho fossem enviados para a empresa que foi inscrita no fluxo e não a empresa principal no registro de contato. Hoje se um cliente responde por várias empresas e ele cai em um fluxo de envio de e-mails varias vezes, esse e-mail informa o nome da empresa principal apenas, parecendo que é exatamnte o mesmo e-mail, mesmo se o fluxo for baseado em empresas. ...read more

Could the code produced by the editor, such as the "B" (Bold) be changed from... <span style="font-weight: bold;">word(s)</span>   to...   <strong>word(s)</strong>   If so, this would allow more customization using CSS. Now that it is a "strong" tag, I can change the weight, font, color, etc using CSS rather than going to every instance and piling on additional inline code for each instance.   I'm currently doing it manually by going into the code view. Please display who was bcc'ed onto an email reply in the ticket view. Right now, in order to see this information, I need to track down the conversation in the Conversation Inbox. I want to make sure the messages I previously sent go to the right bcc group of people, and if I need to send another mass email to the same group, I can quickly reply all within the ticket. ...read more

When uploading files in the File manager and using a specific domain to generate links to those files used in webpages, there is no easy way to replace those links in pages if we decide to use another domain down the line.   The only option currently is to manually go into each page and edit the direct links to those files.   Here's a quick example of this: Initial domain: www.abc.com All my files become linked with www.abc.com/hubfs/12356etc   I change domains to www.123.com but the file on my webpage doesn't update accordingly, instead it still directs to www.abc.com/hubfs/12356etc.    This can make the change tedious for people with multiple pages and or modules that utilise those file links. ...read more

My company sells things to research groups. Within a research group there is a Principal Investigator, often a Lab Manager, and many Students at various levels. It would be incredibly useful to be able to specify a relationship between two contacts. i.e. somewhere on the contact record, I can link another contact and specify why they are linked (Contact A is [relationship] to Contact B), ideally with options to specify bidirectional by asymmetric relatships (Contact A is the student of Contact B, Contact B is the supervisor of Contact A). Hi, I would like to export line items of each record when we export all the properties under sales>deals. Right now only some properties get exported. It will be very beneficial if we can either select our properties for the export or all the line items also get exported along with other records.  This feature will be beneficial for us to keep our database more upto date and rich with data stored in Hubspot.
