Our support team communicates as the company, not as individuals, so they sometimes collaborate on Conversations. We still assign Conversations for reporting purposes and to have a "lead" rep for each ticket. HubSpot automatically reassigns Conversation owners when a new team member chimes in (example: If Team Member A is assigned a Conversation & Team Member B emails the customer, then Team Member B automatically becomes the new owner). Because we have Tickets set to inherit the Conversations owner, this affects both. Can we please have an option to turn this automation off? We do not need ownership changing automatically if another team member joins the conversation.
