Hey there Google Calendar has a feature "out of office" This is to block the calendar with other dependencies. We would like to have the possibility to add a contact to a static list while using the HubSpot Sales Office 365 add-in and Outlook desktop add-in.    This function would help all users of the Outlook add-in and be helpful in reducing the amount of clicks one has to do in the system.    The goal with this is to make the Outlook add-in more userfriendly and the added value is less clicks and it makes working with the add-in faster and more convenient.    The feature function in the Outlook add-in (in Finnish: toiminnot) could have the function "add to static list". I'm just experimenting with the Converstions API and the associated object. My goal was to try and filter incoming emails to determine whether the email was of the right type to generate a ticket.   In fact I'm finding this hard to do and want to bring up the issues in hope of a HubSpot team update. The main issue is the challenge of extracting email content from the conversation. I've developed custom code workflow steps to extract some of the data, but when you return this informatin to the workflow there is nowhere to store the properties! You can't write to any Conversation object properties or add new properties to support such functionaility like you can do with most other objec types. This seems counter-inuitive for an otherwise powerful worflow feature! Can this limitation be removed? People who spam your lead generation forms need to be stopped. HubSpot should not create a contact record for spammers, instead, there should be a "report spam" action on the contact record and on the notification which, when selected, does a number of helpful, useful things: 1. It red-flags the email, name, and company as a "potential spammer". That way, anyone who may have this contact in their CRM will see the red flag. 2. if the spammer attacks other hubspot user's forms, the notification they recieve can be notified that the "lead" has been red-flagged as potential spam by other hubspot users.  3. Reporting spam immediately deletes the contact record from your account - poof!    Furthermore: There should be an option when building forms with a toggle labeled: "Prevent  red-flagged spammers from submitting this form". Enabling this toggle will immediately delete the submission if it was sent from an email that has been red-flagged as spam by other hubspot users. ...read more

We use Sprout for all of our clients and love the Link in Bio feature. I know Hupsot users have asked for this in the community forum. We switched to using Hubpsot for our own agency social media so that we could track it better but it's so dissapointing to see that there is no link in bio capability.   It's also quite dissapointing that there is no link shortening feature. I love SurveyMonkey integration, but there should be more options to send out surveys than just from the Contacts page. We are working a lot with the lists and it would be perfect to have the ability to send out a survey to all people on the list.  ...read more
