I'd like the ability to easily build a report and see which clients of ours are associated with the most revenue generated for the given year (or any timeframe, for that matter).    For example: associate contact - total revenue - filtered by "Since ____"    Right now you can only create reports for entire companies, or a report where the primary contact associated with the company is credited for all of the revenue.    it seems a bit silly that we're unable to view specific contacts that are clearly enjoying our service so much. the information is there. we just need the filter!   thank you! ...read more

It would be great if we could amend date stamps on custom reports, as we have a case where our client has around 55 date stamps to amend each month on their custom reports. As a marketing/super admin I want to be able to easily report on number of assets by Team so I can monitor usage in the account and identify gaps.   By asset I mean things like forms, landing pages, social posts, workflows, emails. Additionally also ad & social accounts or HubSpot users would be really useful.   If one goes to the report builder and creates a custom report, selecting Landing Page as the primary source then it is possible to add in Count of Landing Pages by HubSpot Team. You'd think this would work but it doesn't. You're left with (No Value), see screenshot below.   If one changes the primary source to Ad Performance Metrics, selecting Count of ad campaigns and HubSpot Team you hit the same issue, see screenshow below.     I've spoken with HubSpot Support who confirmed that it is not possible to assign a team to an ad campaign, despite 1) reports suggesting you can report on it and 2) one has the ability to assign teams & users to ad accounts. This is the same for everything mentioned above.   Recently Campaigns became reportable by Team (if you create a campaign property for Team and make it a mandatory field at campaign creation), whilst this gives a roundabout way of reporting on email, it isn't a catch-all approach. ...read more

Hello! Love the new conditional logic feature in the create deal form based on pipeline. Would also love to have this exact feature based on a specific property in a pipeline. For example, in our sales pipeline, we have different products. It would be great if we could say "If product 1, then fill out these sections relating to product 1 in the deal form" for just the sales pipeline.   Right now, the property "Product 1" would have to be added to all pipelines in order to create conditional logic. This is difficult because our Partnerships pipeline does not require a "Product 1" but it would be a required field for our sales pipeline.   ...read more

Dear Product Team This request is about a feature that allows importing notes that can carry a mention. It would be great to import notes with mentions that cause the trigger of the notifications. So my coworkers would get my bulked messages. The problem is that if I import notes with @username or @userID these will be simple texts and not mentions. We often import data so it would help a lot if we could leave notes and notifications based on Excel functions. Thanks in advance!   ...read more

Hello, we've been running NPS surveys in HubSpot for over a year, setting them up to send every 90 days. And we've recently come across an issue when a customer responds to multiple NPS surveys that we can't seem to solve without a complex workaround.   We've set up notifications so that when an NPS response is received, the information is sent to members of our team. We include the property "Last NPS Survey Comment" in the notification so that the contact owner can see what the customer said.   The problem is that now that we've been running NPS for long enough, some of our customers have multiple NPS responses in the system - but they don't always fill out the comment field.   So for a recent notification, the notification included the Last NPS Survey Rating from their July 15th NPS and the Last NPS Survey Comment from the Jan 17th NPS.   This is super confusing and doesn't really make sense. Why wouldn't the "Last NPS Survey Comment" property pull the most recent survey comment from the most recent NPS survey, rather than the last survey comment that the client completed?   This seems to be a hole in the NPS Survey tool that HubSpot should really address. Hi, I hope you don't have the same issues as we do, but 70% of messages in our email inbox are spam. We keep blocking email addresses, but this is a never-ending story (without Falkor helping us out...)    So my idea would be to filter (block) these messages based on keywords or, if possible, country domain names.  ...read more

Same idea as with blog posts: it would be awesome to archieve forms.   Why? Because when you use forms, for instance, for webinar applications, the only option to "deactivate" the form is by removing it from the website or by simply deleting it. The last option makes no sense at all when you still want to see submissions and when you want to edit certain parts of the form. Our customer has a use-case where they want to limit the number of form submissions and then insert a message "event is booked out". Currently, you need a workaround by removing the form, as I mentioned before.   I hope to see this feature soon! ...read more
