I recently transitioned from a different CRM to HubSpot and am quite impressed with its desktop version for its intuitiveness and ease of use. Unfortunately, my experience with the mobile app hasn't been as positive, leading me to uninstall it and instead use HubSpot through a mobile browser. There are two main issues I encountered with the mobile app: 1) The app doesn't allow customization of the deal layout, which makes accessing needed information challenging. The data is scattered, making navigation within a deal frustrating. According to the support team, there's no workaround for this limitation. 2) While the app displays deals in a "pipeline view," I prefer a "list view" to get a comprehensive overview. Regrettably, the mobile app doesn't offer the option to switch to this view. Solving the issue would make my life way easier. Thank you.
