When in a note, call log or anywhere possible to use a snippet via hashtagging, would be great to have an overall command or shortcut or symbol for exmaple when typing a * or some other character or even just down arrow that will bring up a list on screen of all hashtags or snippets from which to choose.   I realise that when starting to type # and a letter, snippets start to display, but only those containing the letters I start to type.   What if I want to see all available in a list to choose from? Hi HubSpot User World...   Currently the calculated - Ticket Property - "Open" the amount of time a ticket is Open is not currently an available property - But it should be !   This is already calculated and included on the Ticket Record so it should be quite easy to actually have it created as a property that can be dsplayed in the Ticket Summary view. The benefit is the ability to sort on tickets that have been open for more than an accepotible time. At the moment there is no way to display this and therefore no way of highlighting problem or tickets that aren't bgeing resolved in a timely manner. Currently the "Website Pages" section in the HubSpot CMS doesnt allow for page nesting/hierarchy structure, its just a LONG LIST of items which makes managing them unusable.    Creating this way would be super clear to editors as to how the site is structured e.g. Level 1 - Homepage Level 2 - Services Level 3 - Marketing Hub Level 3 - Sales Hub Level 3 - Service Hub Level 3 - CMS Hub   PLEASE look into this, its supposed to be enterprise grade and this is letting the solution down in my opinion. ...read more

It would be beneficial to have the option to receive push notifications for Log-In confirmation codes. Email is sometimes not the preferred method to receive notifications. I don't want to use HubSpot calling, happy to "Log a Call", during / after the event.   This idea is to allow removal of HubSpot calling and replace with clickable links to use external (or in browser) phone applications.   * Instance level setting to disable HubSpot calling * Auto prefix phone number (e.g. "9") * Auto format phone number to standard e.g. E.164, International, National. When someone replied to an e-mail in any of my sequences I would like to make a list of these people. And also of who didn't reply to my sequence. Hey all! We're running into a pretty massive issue with our team members whereby they just don't remember to mark themselves as available/away each day. We've set up shifts for when certain people should be available, but it's up to them to remember to go manually do that every day. And with meetings and other obligations, that's just not at the forefront of their minds.   Is it possible to create a feature to allow a manager to create shifts for teams of users that will automatically set them as available during those times? There would also have to be a feature that also allows a user to set away time, like for PTO, etc. in case they're not at work and truly unavailable. ...read more
