We are really happy with the upgrades to the outlook plugin, particularly being able to control associations when sending an email.    We would really like the ability to create a deal directly from the plugin. Currently when we get a new lead, we are hitting the open in CRM button to view the contact in Hubspot, creating a deal and then going back to Outlook to reply and sync to the new deal. Doing that in one step would be a huge timesaver.    It would also be really great to be able to sync an incoming email from Outlook without replying to it. We can forward the emails but then we run into the issue with emails replicating to the five most recent open deals which is a disaster for our setup, where a client can be associated to many deals that have nothing to do with each other.  ...read more

It would be EXTREMELY useful if you could make bulk changes within the knowledgebase like you can for other records.   For example, I'd love to be able to change "WiFi" to "Wi-Fi" across all of my articles. I have to do so one at a time which is a real time chewer. ...read more

Currently if you make a call using the dialer from within the browser and navigate away from the initial page (usually contact or deal for us) the dialer will terminate the call.   It would be useful to not have to open a new tab everytime we want to change the object we are looking at and it would also mean we don't accidentally hang up on customers mid sale if we accidentally just click on something. Hubspot collects certain properties from Zoom webinars but certain properties are only available for use in Lists. We have a customer using Services Hub to manage tickets.    They have specific contacts/companies that are to be routed to a specific agent for ticket treatment (as they are recurrent). We were trying to use workflows to assign automatically conversations coming from this scenario directly to a user but it seems its not possible.  We can assign ticket owner but not Conversation "owner".   This would add value to the tool. ...read more

I deleted all the next steps in a very lengthy and complicated workflow by mistake and had to spend half a day recreating them because there is no 'restore version' in workflows. You can restore only if you delete an entire workflow - please add an option to restore a version similar to landing/web pages. ...read more

Right now Admin can't withdraw authority from a user to remove his deal.   User Should not be allow to Remove a Deal, without Admin Permission. Permission should work in all forms as deal listing page, deal page (Actions Drop Down) ...read more
