I searched through the forums for this but didn't find anyone talking about it.  Why is it that you cannot search the properties from the global search?  We simply need to search PO numbers.  It's a standard field.  I am used to using Sales Force and other systems where this is a basic functionality.  It is very frustrating to be using this supposedly cutting edge CRM tool, yet such basic functionality is missing.  It's like the new Mac mini I recently purchased - and it doesn't have an auto sleep option and my response is - are you kidding me?    Just how on earth are you supposed to find PO numbers in Hubspot?  Oh, right, you can't - unless you tie them to something else - in other words hack the system.  Ya, no.   Aaargh. ...read more

Creating this since the last one about the Outlook mobile app integration with HubSpot was posted 4 years ago and nothing has changed...   It would be REALLY nice to have HubSpot integrate with the mobile Outlook app for Andriod and IOS. Our salesmen and I'm sure many others are on the go and use their phones 90% more of the time than their laptops. Id like to be able to see a change history for integration property mapping settings to see when changes were made, by whom, and exactly what was changed. This is helpful for investigating issues and identifying root problems, or restoring to previous settings when things go awry. Right now, the UI only shows date last modified, but  that doesnt tell you who made the change and what they changed. Further, if a mapping gets deleted, there's no history on that.  ...read more

I would love a way to tag a non-owner when creating a ticket.  Currently, one has to manually @ them after ticket creation has happened by adding a note.  This way isn't very effecient.  Creating a notes property inside the ticket with the ability to @ someone would be great!  Thoughts? ...read more

Who (what type of role or team) is the feature for? Sales and Business Development What is their goal? Review the pipeline and look at the "Next Activity Date" column to schedule appropriate activity around which deal needs attention now or later. What value will this add? The ability to filter the deal into the order in which next activity should occur. Are there examples of other places or products who have this feature? no Screenshots, pictures, drawings, process diagrams, are helpful.   I've noticed the Next Activity Date column clears itself when the time of the next activity passes.   So if I am looking at the deal,  contact, or company pages with a task scheduled for July 1st, 2021, those reports would show no next activity scheduled at all now that it is July 27th, 2021.   The "next activity date" column would be more useful if it did not clear itself when the current date passed the scheduled date. In fact, it would allow me to easily sort my deals, contacts, and companies so that they are ordered in priority of tasks which need to be completed.   i understand that the Tasks Page allows for this to some extent, but I think the other HubSpot default pages could benefit from this feature. ...read more
