I am so happy that we have the ability to create a custom sidebar for each team now. I wish there were a way to create separate sidebar views for different Pipelines and bring in properties relevant to that pipeline on the view. Different forms capturing different information are channeled to separate pipelines, but if the ticket sidebar view has the same properties visible for all pipelines, it leads to too much scrolling and searching. ...read more

For any given sequence, admins should be able to specify what should happen to contacts in that sequence when the sequence ends. We can already unenroll contacts from a sequence with email replies+meetings booked. We should be able to trigger a workflow when the sequence completes. For example, if we add contacts to a meeting request sequence, and they never respond or book a meeting after the sequence completes, we want to automatically move contacts to Nurture - No Response. Context When an inbox is set up to create tickets, it will do so for anything that arrives and is not marked as spam. If an email arrives and is marked as spam, no ticket will be created from the email. If an email is accidentally marked as spam, a user can go into the folder and unmark the conversation as spam. However, no ticket will be created when the conversation moves out of the spam folder. The user has to create the ticket manually. I have a HubSpot client who's used to the facility with which you can resend unopened emails using the Mailchimp mobile app. Unfortunately this isn't something we can do in one click with HubSpot at present (especially for Marketing Starter clients).   Whilst the HubSpot mobile app is great for sales users managing their pipeline, it doesn't include a great amount of functionality for our Marketers. Of course, many tasks are easier on a desktop, but for resends/last-minute campaigns, it would be amazing to have a (potentially dedicated) Marketing app to manage those extra-personalised communications where you'd just like to send one or two nudges to key contacts from your initial campaign (GDPR-permitting etc).   Here are some examples of things you can do with the Mailchimp Mobile App e.g. Resend Unopened Emails with the Mobile App >> https://mailchimp.com/en-gb/help/mobile/   With many 'new' HubSpot users coming to HubSpot from Email Platforms like Mailchimp, it's essential to provide comparable functionality in these types of areas - for clients using the Marketing Starter product at least.  ...read more

We use the automated meeting scheduler to sechedule producting meetings.  We have over 40 meetings in our list, but they only show up in the order created.  It would be great to be able to sort these and group them like the conversation templates. While separating them by users is nice, an alphabetical list would make it easer to find meetings when inserting them into an email.   Thank you for consideration of this idea. ...read more
